My hair before coming here was an absolute wreck, it was a multicoloured mess and these girls saved my hair!! The staff are all so friendly and funny and really take their time to perfect what they do. I had my hair coloured here and they make your hair look amazing. Best hairdressers Iv ever been to. I’ve been going to Lucinda for 6 years regularly for lash extensions, make up and more recently laser hair removal. Lucinda is very knowledgeable, professional and such a lovely person, really makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Lucy is very friendly, approachable and professional, explains everything you need to know and is very knowledgeable. Brilliant results from 3rd session of laser hair removal, would definitely recommend anyone to have this done, it’s so worth it.

Lucinda is amazing at what she does, laser treatment can be so exposing & invasive at the best of times & she always has made me feel warm & welcome every session i have had. after bad experiences i’ve had in the past, i would & definitely have recommended her! Whenever i have a question she responds so quickly & makes me feel at ease!

The laser hair removal service is faultless. I’m halfway through my sessions and 80% of hair is already permanently gone. I had a few troublesome areas that had bothered me for years and have now been completely resolved. I’ve recommended to a few of my friends and they have been just as impressed with their results as I have. Not only are the results great but the service and experience are fantastic too. The clinic is always super clean and well maintained, I haven’t had a cancelled appointment, I’ve always had appointment reminders and when I’ve had issues on my side Lucy had been very accommodating to my schedule. If you’re considering laser hair removal I would insist that you try Cinders as your first choice!

I have had lots of styles, colours and extensions and have always been over the moon with the results. Had a re-style with Becky. I went, determined to go from long and red to short and blonde. (Mid life crisis) luckily Becky talked me out of it, and so so glad she did . My hair is a lot shorter but still able to stick it up, and my colour has gone from a box copper to highlights with copper. I love my new cut and colour and have had loads of compliments. Even my husband noticed and complimented me which s a miracle lol. Thanks Becky, see you in a few week.

Saffron was amazing! She talked me through everything that would happen and listened to what I needed. I’ve had massages in the past where I’ve asked for ‘deep’ pressure and not got it but Saffron did apply the perfect amount of pressure. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

I had a lovely experience at FAB salon. I was booked in for the Yummy Mummy package and it was perfect. I felt so relaxed by the end and all the products smelt great and left my skin feeling amazing. Lisa-Marie was so welcoming and chatty and each member of staff in the salon greeted every single person who walked in with the same warmth and friendliness. I was also really pleased that the salon was able to change my appointment at last minute after I’d been admitted to hospital. I will definitely be returning to FAB and would 100% recommend them!

Absolutely amazing service from Shannon! I bleached my own hair at home which resulted in bright yellow/white hair. Shannon not only corrected my hair beautifully but listened to what tone I wanted and what I wanted to avoid. I have never been a fan of going to the hairdresser but I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. A massive thank you to Shannon and the other lovely lady that helped me. 100% recommend this salon & the staff! my hair looks amazing!! 😊

If I could put more than a 5 ⭐️ I would, I’d mark Best Kept secret 10/10. I’ve been going to Best Kept Secret for a few years now and every time I’ve been the service has been top notch. All the staff are welcoming, very pleasant, adhere to their clients needs and makes sure that all their clients leave happy with their new hair styles. Recently I decided to have a complete change. As you all probably know this is very daunting but Samantha and Shannon reassured me, made the change happen and I was amazed with my new look and it wasn’t over priced either. Very reasonable!! The salon is beautiful and love the tree in the middle, very unique my daughter loves that tree. It’s comfortable, clean and very welcoming. As soon as I walk in, I’m offered a drink and I even get some nibbles either it be Crisp or popcorn. I don’t think any other salon offers their clients a snack. I love this place and so does my little girl!

There are no words to describe not only the girls at the salon but also the salon itself. The salon is warm, inviting and gorgeous. Sam and Shannon are the best at their job, been going to Shannon for a couple of years, my only complaint is that that I didn’t go to her sooner!

Beauty rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. A friendly welcome and coffee or tea are always on offer..

After covid lockdown the hairdressers around where i live in manchester have gone very pricey, my cousin and niece got theit hair done and i fell in love with it, so i got mine done and it was amazing from getting advice, wash and cut and stylr!!!
