I wanted a hair transformation and opted for a long bob haircut. Carole provided an excellent consultation, carefully explaining the best length for my hair based on its texture and offering great styling and maintenance tips. Her expertise and skill truly stand out, and I highly recommend her! She also did an incredible hair treatment that made an immediate difference—my hair looked noticeably healthier, shinier, and more vibrant. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was completely happy and satisfied before I left the salon. I booked in for a last minute appointment with Cheri and went for a cat eye BIAB. Cheri was lovely and attentive, and did an amazing job! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with everything including shape, length and colour. I’ll definitely be back.

Lovely experience each time, staff are so lovely and offer refreshments on arrival. Had a removal of gels from last time on toes and nails, and biab on nails this time done by Dhaval. Love my nails, Dhaval was very meticulous with detail and very neat with application although this took a little more time and I’m very particular myself! Deffo recommend the salon, I’ve been here a few times myself now & each time is lovely. Thank you!

So happy with my hair!! Went in for a trim and to change up the style to frame my face better, Lilly was absolutely lovely. She took her time to talk through exactly what I wanted and checked in with me at every step to make sure I was happy. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back!

I had an excellent experience at Bonton hair salon by Razia and her team with the japanese permanent hair straightening I had. My hair has always been curly and very thick and this treatment has made my hair straight and smooth, excellent results were achieved which I was amazed of how straight it is now. I got the Japanese Hair Straightening treatment and the results were insane! I have naturally curly afro hair and the picture taken was 72 hours after the treatment having not touched it at all, I couldn't be happier! All the ladies were really nice and made you feel welcome would definitely recommend this salon🤩 thank you I will be back again for my retouch!

I had highlights and a haircut done by Fariah. She was extremely professional and understood exactly what I needed, and I never have been happy like that after a hairdresser service. She also speaks French and Spanish, and is of lovely company. I also had my eyebrow done, did waxing and had a facial by Farah and she also gave me a very professional service, a lovely treatment and the waxing didn't hurt! Overall an amazing treatment at the Charm Salon. I feel rejuvenated and beautiful. I will be back again! Highly recommended ☺

I returned to Charm Salon for the second time this year, and finished feeling amazing again! Amanda did a brillant job on cutting my hair exactly the way I like it. I’m a nervous salon goer, as the hair I want and and the hair I walk out with very often don’t match up however that wasn’t even remotely the case here with Serena. She listened to everything I wanted to say, suggested a treatment more suitable (and less expensive!) than I was originally booked for, and didn’t touch my length which I was very, very particular about and despite making this clear everywhere I go, never seems to be listened to! I would recommend Italian Touch to anyone, particularly those interested in vibrant hair colours which Serena absolutely nailed !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Italian Touch salon, where Serena performed a transformative keratin treatment on my 4C coily hair. Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Plus I kept getting asked by Serena and her staffs if I need a cup of coffee or water or tea or anything. I felt really welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend Italian Touch salon for all hair types. Serena’s professionalism and skill have truly made a significant difference in my hair care routine.

My last two visits I had my hair cut and coloured by Hamish… an absolute genius with the scissors! I have never seen anyone cut a fringe like he does. I always leave the salon loving my cut and colour when Hamish has done it. He fully takes the time to listen to exactly what i want and takes it step by step to keep checking that im happy with the progress. I really appreciate that he spends time with my fringe to get it just right as not many people have done it exactly how i want it…. extremely talented Stylist! Julee

Lovely salon. I'd been looking for a salon specialising in short, curly hair post chemotherapy. Victoria always asks how I am managing my hairstyle and explains how she is going to cut it before proceeding with the haircut. She then shows how to style it at the end. The stylists here wash your hair, colour it and cut it so you have 1 person looking after you from start to finish. The mints with the coffee are also lovely! This place has been a great find! 08/09 Another precision cut again today. Such beautiful shaping - I particularly love the back. Thank you Victoria! 15/02 I am still thrilled with my hair. I decided to go curly just before Christmas and Victoria listened to my requirements and did a fabulous job yet again. I am really looking forward to my next visit to the salon. Went in for the first time and was met with Dominik and Jacob, both absolute sweethearts. Dominik was phenomenal, he was kind and patient when explaining what hairstyle would suit me best - exactly what you want from your hairdresser. I have short hair and usually it's hard to get right, but he made it look fantastic!! Couldn't be happier, I'm happy to see a hairdresser who cuts your hair with so much detail, like they're cutting their own. Jacob was a sweetheart as well, he washed my hair delicately and we had a great chat. Looking forward to coming back and seeing these two!

This is the best hair dressers place I've come across. I'm a black girl with relaxed hair and it's a very good place to do your hair, so black girls don't feel they would know how to handle your hair. They are excellent with all hair textures trust me. My first experience was awesome and I can't wait to go there again. I recommend it to everyone.

I have struggled for years to find a decent hairdresser due to the awkward texture of my hair which is super frizzy and almost afro but the unmanageable type due to high porosity?.. I have visited so many high end salons in the past such as Tony & guys etc..and never once -if Im honnest -have I been fully satisfied with the results. I have to thank the stars for finally finding Grazielle, she's a master in the art of hairdressing , la creme de la creme and always sends me home with a beaming smile on my face. I do not review loads, but when I feel I had an outstanding service I'd like to give a shout out. So, to reiterate, Grazielle is very highly skilled , extremely reasonably priced, too many services to choose from ( I also like derma care / skin care with Imane) great value for money and the whole team behind is just as amazing. Honestly the best wash&blow dry🤩🤩. My second time coming here and I would definitely recommend. I have 3c/4a Afro hair and my hair is so smooth and shiny afterwards🙌🏾🙌🏾 (ladies don’t worry about damage, my hair was still super curly after washing and I have not noticed any heat damage)
