Ash is the only salon I've ever been drawn to stay loyal to! And has been a constant and consistent reliable presence for the last 8 years of some big life changes and hair dramas. Not only have they provided great regular colour and cuts, but have also supported me through hair loss, sensitively advising me on hair replacement wigs and supplements like Glowwa. Once I regained my hair after my treatment, Ash was the only place I would trust with my bridal hair for my wedding. So, they've really been on the journey of life with me. 100% recommend, lovely team, clean and tidy salon, not pushy on products. You won't be disappointed 😊

I walked in with damaged blonde hair with my wedding booked six months away and they put a plan in place so I got to have my dream wedding hair ❤️ within one appointment my blonde was cleaned up and then a couple of maintenance appointments to keep it fresh and bright was all it needed. A forever client now! The refreshments are also a fabulous treat!

For my first visit…. June 2024 I had my consultation with Hayley, for a skin patch test and to discuss what colours I wanted and what would be suitable for my hair type. Parts of my hair are damaged due to been over processed with lighting. I felt confident that I was in safe hands, so I made an appointment. When I attended my appointment, Hayley talked me through the colours would suit my skin tone and the techniques that she would be using. I was extremely happy with the results of the highlights with a root melt and toner, blow-dryed and finished off with waves. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and it was nice to have a chat and coffee. I asked for other beauty recommendations, Hayley and the team were attentive and helpful. Thank you 😁

Been getting my hair done by Ellie for years. Alway goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Ellie is very attentive and is fully engaged when clients are discussing their goals, Ellie is very honest and takes the health of the hair very seriously, she will go out her way to find kinder alternatives to eventually reach the goal your wanting; if hair can’t take harsher products. Both my daughter and I have had our nails done by Nina since she opened Orchid, absolute perfection each time, I have the builder gel and my daughter has acrylics, the salon is beautiful and the girls all wear and use the appropriate PPE, felt very safe and welcoming, would not go anywhere else!! perfect nails everytime!! 5 stars

Nina has done my nails for a few years now. She is beyond amazing at what she does. She is a perfectionist and it really shows in her work. I had such an amazing experience at Epton Studios. I’ve always had really high expectations of hairdressers and spent a lot of money on my hair over the years, often in high end salons. Taylor squeezed me in last minute which I was so grateful for, but also managed to deliver exactly what I wanted and more, she transformed my over-bleached hair that was pretty much all one colour, with a balayage, root coverage and low lights to achieve a natural look that I can let grow out for longer without worrying about roots. To top it off, it’s a dog friendly salon with Taylor’s gorgeous golden lab greeting you at the door. I’m beyond impressed with Epton Studios and will be recommending them to everyone I know in Manchester. THANK YOU ✨✨✨

Heather did my cut & colour and I am soooo happy with the results and have received so many compliments on my hair :) I have long/thick hair so she had to spend pretty much all day on it bless her but she did a phenomenal job and gave me so many tips for when it comes to styling myself at home. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Italian Touch salon, where Serena performed a transformative keratin treatment on my 4C coily hair. Managing my hair has always been a challenge, and with an upcoming cruise, I sought a solution that would make hair care more manageable. After discovering Italian Touch on Treatwell, I booked an appointment. Serena promptly reached out for a consultation, providing detailed insights into the treatment process and reassuring me that it was the right choice for my hair type. On the day of the appointment, Serena began by washing, detangling, and blow-drying my hair. She then applied the keratin product, meticulously using a temperature-controlled straightener to seal it in. After allowing it to set, she applied a second product, followed by another period of setting, rinsing, blow-drying, and straightening. The entire process took approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, during which Serena’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. The results were astounding. My hair felt sleek, smooth, and had a remarkable bounce. Serena encouraged me to run my fingers through it, and I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. She also provided valuable advice on post-treatment care and recommended suitable products to maintain the results. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Plus I kept getting asked by Serena and her staffs if I need a cup of coffee or water or tea or anything. I felt really welcomed and at ease. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have called the salon asking for a quick consultation and the owner was super accomodating, she understood perfectly what I wanted and she quickly booked an appointment for me. She gave me lot of advice about the treatments, what product to use and she was honest about the result and what to expect. What can I say. Her blowdry is the BEST and made me feel like I was back home, she is definitely a perfectionist. I actually cant wait to go back, thank you!

I’m a nervous salon goer, as the hair I want and and the hair I walk out with very often don’t match up however that wasn’t even remotely the case here with Serena. She listened to everything I wanted to say, suggested a treatment more suitable (and less expensive!) than I was originally booked for, and didn’t touch my length which I was very, very particular about and despite making this clear everywhere I go, never seems to be listened to! I would recommend Italian Touch to anyone, particularly those interested in vibrant hair colours which Serena absolutely nailed !

Friendly and helpful hairdressers with great beauty options too. Paige was able to find time to do my hair for an event at very short notice during the busy period before Christmas, and Kim who does beauty is lovely and very reasonably priced. It's a great place, everyone is friendly and does a good job. The only downside is that parking isn't especially easy but I've been told they're trying to make space around the back.

So friendly and welcoming! My 9 year old daughter was having her first hair cut and donating it to Little Princess Trust. We were not charged for the cut and told to add it to our donation. The cut looks beautiful too

Had the best first experience at Norah’s. I opted for a balayage and the results were amazing! Norah and her staff were able to achieve the colour I wanted in one sitting given I had box dyed my hair! All of the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to all. David has done an absolutely incredible job at my highlights, so so pleased with how it’s turned out. I asked to brighten up my blonde, whilst blending in with my roots to keep it low maintenance - and that’s exactly what’s he’s done. In love with the low lights that have been put through my hair as well as the brighter face framing pieces to help give my hair some definition. Jenny did an amazing cut as always, lovely face framing pieces :))

Cannot thank Patrick and his team enough! Had booked my hair and makeup for a big family occasion, and just before my appointment got a bad case of hayfever! Turned up with severe swollen eyes and was so upset. Patrick calmly said ‘we can fix this’ and he did. He ran out for cucumbers to make my eyes go down, whilst my hair was beautifully blow dried. When Patrick did my make up. He did such a good job, you couldn’t tell I’d had hayfever.. I am hugely thankful!!!

Such a great team! Whoever cuts my hair always does a great job. Listens to what I want and cuts to a high standard. Great care is taken and cuts are not rushed. Very pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

My experience at Undone470 was fantastic. I originally called and explained I needed guidance as I hadn't had my hair coloured for a long time. Patrick was very understanding and booked me with Shauna and Jenny. When I went to my appointment, I was so pampered. The team really knows how to look after their customers. I was very happy with my hair but wasn't sure about the way the colour turned out. Shauna wasn't happy with it so she asked me to come back for it to be redone. And again, I was pampered and the final result was amazing. Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I cannot recommend this team enough!
