Delayed review as I thought I’d posted it sooner. - I’ve been having hair extensions fitted and maintained every 6 weeks for about 6 months now with Melissa. The colour match was spot on and condition of my hair has never been better. She is an excellent and knowledgeable stylist as are all the ladies in the salon. Not to mention how convenient it is after the gym to get your hair done or nails with Emma.

I absolutely love Cheryl her level of knowledge & professionalism is outstanding, my hair has never looked so good in all my life, everyone says how great my hair looks now. Cheryl is super friendly & gives you the best advice, I feel 110% at ease with Cheryl. You get the whole salon experience & feel well looked after . The salon is immaculate & fully stocked with the best products! To add all the girls are really friendly & are very good at their jobs , hence why the salon is always busy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am new to Saks, having left my usual hairdresser due to distance of travel to see her. Saks is closer to where I live with plenty of parking and convenient opening hours. I have been so impressed with the service I received from Cheryl and her team! They all made me feel welcome and relaxed. Cheryl was extremely professional and carefully listened to what I wanted. She gave me various options for a colour, cut and blow dry. I was so impressed with the final result and will 100% be recommending my family and friends to come here. Thanks very much!

I had my second eyelash tint with Emma, so pleased again with the result, perfect for summer when I don't wear much makeup and can leave off mascara. I also had my gel polish removed and Emma did a lovely file and trim and my nails look and feel great. Emma always makes me feel relaxed and never rushes, lovely to have a chat in a nice clean and calming atmosphere.
