I had been looking to change my hairdressers for a while. I came across this salon after searching online. After reading the reviews and looking at the photos I decided to give it a try. Bernie was very friendly and professional. She adjusted my colours and highlights to her recommendations and the results were amazing. She is a perfectionist and cut my hair with such attention to detail. I love my new haircut. Can't recommend this place and bernie enough. Very pleased with the whole experience

My mother had an appointment with Bernie at the Conservatory this week for the first time. Bernie was very professional & gave individual advice for her fine hair. The cut & shaping were excellent, another appointment was made. Five star salon, spotlessly clean, with a friendly atmosphere. Thanks Bernie.

Firstly I must say if you've never been to Berni then go, you won't be disappointed. I've been having my hair done with Berni since she first started and never had a bad haircut, and I've had so many different styles from long to short and she always gives good advice as to what will suit my face and skin colour. I have very thick hair which is sometimes a challenge but not for Berni! I'll just say it's a pleasure to go and I always feel good about my hair when leaving. Would have given more stars if it was possible. Sorry Berni for some reason Its posted as Roy and not Avis.

I had lots of trouble finding a regular hairdresser until i came across The Conservatory. My nerves were instantly settled as Berni greeted me with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in, she made sure I was comfortable and ready to begin. We both had a lovely chat and Berni gave me lots of different tips about how to keep my hair healthy! I left feeling amazing and confident with my new hair.

From walking through the door, having your hair done with Berni is just a very relaxing, pleasurable experience.I have long, very thick hair, but she is meticulous with the colour and the cut is so good, that weeks and weeks down the line my hair still falls as if it’s just been done. She’s very knowledgeable, offers great suggestions and advice, to be honest I just leave her to it , as I trust her impeccably, and always walk out with my hair looking and feeling amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
