I have been wanting hair removal for years but continued to put it off. I searched and contacted many salons but for some reason, never took the plunge! When I was made aware of Atelier, I contacted them and immediately felt reassured. *Do your research and ensure that, who you go to knows, what they are taking about. Through a little bit of my own research, I knew that, what Sarah was telling me was of sound expertise and she wasn’t just trying to sell me a mediocre service at a high price!* I am extremely pleased with my first treatment. There was no awkwardness or feeling uncomfortable. Sarah was so warm and welcoming and made me feel relaxed. The procedure was pretty pain free but more importantly after 1 session the results are amazing! Long way to go yet but I know the end result will be worth it! Genuine and relaxed is how I would sum up the treatment so far! Highly recommended!

I recently had laser treatment for my underarms at Atelier, with Sarah. Parking is good. The salon is beautiful, welcoming & clean. All the staff were friendly & helpful too. I was a little nervous at first, never having laser treatment before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Sarah was great - very knowledgable & professional! The treatment itself was very quick & pain-free, which I didn't expect but was very welcomed! Sarah provided me with all the aftercare 'rules' I needed to follow & I was done for my first session. Can't wait for my next one!

We’ve been coming here for a while now and are always made to feel welcome. Lindsay has been doing our hair for a while and never had any issues. I’ve also used other services that the salon provides and am equally pleased.
