From booking to paying the service was flawless. Jess took my booking and was thorough and went through what I wanted and made sure she explained that the colour expectations I had may not be achievable in the first go (I have jet black, thick hair which was previously box dyed at home and I wanted a balayage, going as light as I could), she was honest and made sure I knew what could be done for my hair, which I really appreciated. On the morning of my appointment Kirsty went through each step and did a full consultation with me, she really spent the time and didn’t rush me with my questions and made me feel part of the whole process making sure I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process took approximately 5 hours and Kirsty worked a miracle, not once did she make me feel like she was rushing to get my hair done, she had the patience of a saint. I have never walked out of a salon feeling as happy as I did, I can’t praise the staff enough, it really was an amazing salon experience. I just want to say thank you so much Kirsty for working your magic, I know it wasn’t easy but you really did an amazing job, can’t wait to see you in 8 weeks.
