Bit the bullet and finally got a keratin treatment, trim, and reshaping for my curly, hard-to-manage hair, but was quite nervous about such a big change. The girls at Head Start were all wonderful and I ended up having full confidence in their knowledge and abilities, the atmosphere was lovely and I came out genuinely feeling like a new woman. Will definitely be coming back, I can't recommend this place enough!!

Today I had a heartbroken 10 year old he had been looking forward to getting his hair permed and we was unfortunately cancelled on the day around an hour before the app. He wanted it done so bad and waited 15 long days to get it done so you can imagine his disappointment and my earache 🤣 we tried so many salons from Eccles to Irlam to try and squeeze him in short notice and the ladies here made that happen and put the biggest smile on my boys face. I can’t thank-you enough for what you did today and you have definitely found a couple of new customers out of us ❤️ Such professional, thoughtful and most lovely bunch of girls too 🤩

Went in for my toddler sons haircut after a dubious experience at a local barbers. Friendly staff who put us all at ease, brilliant with children.
