As a girl with long black hair, I was always struggling to get a proper hair color done. But Jordan Lea did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, they did the most amazing hair cut and hair color job. Black to a healthy burgundy. Everyone is super nice, kind and knows exactly what they are doing. So you can have complete faith in them and trust their talent. My hair was done by Lauren, and she was amazing.. Would definitely go again and recommend 100% to anyone that`s looking for the perfect salon to get your hair done. Thank you Jordan Lea!!!!!!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Firstly I found the atmosphere really welcoming and comfortable. The girl I spoke to on the phone to book my appointment was lovely she really listened and took on board what I said. It was really nice as I have found usually busy salons don't have the time on the phone to let you discuss your needs. It was my first time here and it was for a complete over haul! I have LOADS of thick thick hair, it felt like it was taking over the world. I looked like hagrid, and was getting bad headaches from the weight. I genuinely felt fed up and was sick of growing it. I booked in with Rebecca and have to say what a fantastic women. She really put me at ease. Being honest I get anxious in Hair salons but all the staff were lovely and made me feel at ease and relaxed which I have genuinely never had before. Rebecca really listened to what I hoped to get from my appointment l, but also she gave me advice and realistic expectations. My hair is very unmanageable usually and being so thick and having a lot its become a real issue. Anyway Rebecca went through my options and did it step by step which I really liked. I have also been to places that the choice is made and then it's just done and that's it. However she said a few times I'll do this bit and then if we need to change it, or you want more bulk out l, or more taking off we can. She really was genuinely the best hairdresser I've met and I wouldn't say that lightly I'm not that sort. I will now be a loyal customer to Rebecca and Jordan Lea because of how today has been. This change in hair has made a huge difference already it's looks fantastic. I'm honestly in shock I don't recognise myself. It's like someone else's hair on my head. I had hoped it would look OK, and thought atleast it will weigh less. Then this end result has genuinely been so much more then I could of hoped. If this review sounds to gushing it's because after treatment and growing my hair back it's been a tough journey and now finally I can have hair I'm proud of and makes me feel more like me again. I think it needs to be recognised the huge difference hairdresser's and salons like this can make to people.

Have used Jordan Lea for a good few years now. Always very happy with the service, everyone is friendly and always polite and accommodating. Cannot rate them highly enough !!

I called for a last minute appointment and was given one in 15 minutes. Staff are lovely and professional, I also had my 2 year old son with me and they were all very accommodating and sweet with him which I loved! Only wanted some length gone and shaping around my face and I'm so happy with the result! I didn't catch the name of the stylist but you were amazing and I'm very happy with my hair 😊 thanks so much!
