Had a wonderful experience in my colouring session. I went there for my appointment with my baby, they gave me a private quite room so that me and my baby had privacy during the whole session. The lady dasty who did my hair colour was a very wonderful lady, did exactly the same colour which I showed her in the picture. All the staffs including the honour were very nice and warm. They all made sure that I dont face any problem with my baby. I highly recommend the salon because of their good work and behaviour. Cant be happy enough!! Keep up the good work team!

Carole provided an excellent consultation, carefully explaining the best length for my hair based on its texture and offering great styling and maintenance tips. Her expertise and skill truly stand out, and I highly recommend her! She also did an incredible hair treatment that made an immediate difference—my hair looked noticeably healthier, shinier, and more vibrant. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was completely happy and satisfied before I left the salon. My place of work kindly bought me a voucher for next generation which I used to book a pregnancy massage at 36 weeks. Simone was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I had a pregnancy massage with Simone, and it was everything I could have wanted and more. Simone was very thorough prior to the massage, and made me feel at ease in regards what to expect-it was my first pregnancy massage. Simone was incredibly professional and incredibly brilliant at what she does. I've been suffering from insomnia and as soon as I got home I had a three hour nap-just brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will be coming back!

I am a new client of Mia, so far I've had 2 hair appointments with Mia and she's completely transformed the health of my hair. She's super gentle and gives me a fresh look everytime. She really listens to what I want and tailors according to the way my hair falls which makes it easy for me to style at home. The way Mia cuts my hair gives me a glamorous effortless look as I'm a wash and go girl this works perfectly for me. I love our conversations as well. So glad I've found Mia! This was my first time at Melissa Timperly, and my stylist Megan was brilliant. She was so lovely to chat with and did an outstanding job with my hair. I hadn’t had my hair coloured in years, and I wanted something that would be easy to maintain and blend naturally with my own colour, and she was spot on. I also went for a big change with a much shorter cut. I’m always a bit nervous about finding the right hairdresser because my hair has a mix of curl textures, but Megan handled them beautifully. I’m thrilled with my new cut and colour—absolutely loving it! I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next haircut. Thanks Megan!

Lovely salon. I'd been looking for a salon specialising in short, curly hair post chemotherapy. Victoria always asks how I am managing my hairstyle and explains how she is going to cut it before proceeding with the haircut. She then shows how to style it at the end. The stylists here wash your hair, colour it and cut it so you have 1 person looking after you from start to finish. The mints with the coffee are also lovely! This place has been a great find! 08/09 Another precision cut again today. Such beautiful shaping - I particularly love the back. Thank you Victoria! 15/02 I am still thrilled with my hair. I decided to go curly just before Christmas and Victoria listened to my requirements and did a fabulous job yet again. I am really looking forward to my next visit to the salon. I've been searching for the perfect nail technician for a while, and I finally found her with Sepideh! She truly listens to what I want, and her attention to detail is incredible. Plus, she's always so kind and friendly, which makes every appointment a great experience.

The specific hair treatment they do is the best. Definitely improved my hair. I can even see a shiny ring on the top of my hair. Great atmosphere and welcoming staffs. The owner is sweet and genuine. During the treatment and eyeblows lamination, there was clear explanation for the process and she did her work with much efficiency. Love it. The salon is intentionally decorated, every corner makes you feel like you want to take selfies. Also close from the station! Will come back again :)

There is a reason this salon has 5star rating!! I went in for the first time yesterday for a balayage and the experience was amazing!!! I was extremely nervous about having a drastic change of hair colour but Gretha was reassuring me throughout the whole process and what I loved was the fact that she didn’t care about the time it took, she wanted to see me happy before I left. She did an amazing job on my hair and I’m so delighted with the result. I can’t wait to go back there for a few other treatments that I need, it’s great to go to a salon where they do EVERYTHING :) All the staff were friendly and approachable, the manager Inas was lovely!!! Amazing salon! I brought my daughter here to have a full head of highlights and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The salon is beautifully designed and provides such a welcoming atmosphere. The ladies that work here are lovely, they made us feel so comfortable it felt like we had been clients for years. Greta did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair, it looks fantastic and is so healthy. The ladies are so knowledgeable and gave us the best advice about the hair treatment that would be best for my daughter. This is such a fab place. Mandy and the girls have such experience and knowledge. They are always updating training and can speak expertly about products and services. You are made to feel welcome and cared for. And.......there's prosecco should you fancy a glass !

My hairdresser Mandy who is also the owner always goes above and beyond for me. I go once a month for a colour and a cut. I am a natural red head which I hate. Over the period I have been going to Coco’s I have been every colour under the sun, which is not easy to achieve with red hair. She is always honest with me if she thinks something won’t work or tells me it will take a few months to achieve. And she’s always right! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the other staff members are friendly and helpful and if there’s one thing you can count in when you go into the salon, it’s a laugh and a good old girlie chit-chat! Highly recommended

I have Been coming to coco’s for the last 13 years. I have my hair coloured and cut. Also have regular Sienna spray tans. They use the best products and the most up to date methods. Sophie is fantastic! I went few days ago for a wax. She makes you feel so special and goes over and beyond. She is so welcoming and lovely and is always smiling. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went for a leg wax with Sophie followed by a facial. As a nervous person who suffers from anxiety I can be reluctant to try somewhere new at times. However I instantly felt at ease with Sophie with her friendly telephone manners. Once arrived I felt so relaxed by her as she was very welcome and her waxing was great on my legs. My facial was very relaxing and my skin felt very refreshed throughout and after. Sophie was very professional throughout. I will be coming here permanently from now on. Also pores on my skin are now feeling unclogged and breathing easily - bliss.

I had Carly for my cut and colour, she was lovely, very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. She did a fantastic job and got it exactly right. The other ladies working there were lovely too and kept everyone chatting. They offer loads of other services, such a lovely salon. Just one tip, it was cash only when I went so check before going, not a problem I just hadn't thought to check before.

I have struggled for years to find a decent hairdresser due to the awkward texture of my hair which is super frizzy and almost afro but the unmanageable type due to high porosity?.. I have visited so many high end salons in the past such as Tony & guys etc..and never once -if Im honnest -have I been fully satisfied with the results. I have to thank the stars for finally finding Grazielle, she's a master in the art of hairdressing , la creme de la creme and always sends me home with a beaming smile on my face. I do not review loads, but when I feel I had an outstanding service I'd like to give a shout out. So, to reiterate, Grazielle is very highly skilled , extremely reasonably priced, too many services to choose from ( I also like derma care / skin care with Imane) great value for money and the whole team behind is just as amazing. Honestly the best wash&blow dry🤩🤩. My second time coming here and I would definitely recommend. I have 3c/4a Afro hair and my hair is so smooth and shiny afterwards🙌🏾🙌🏾 (ladies don’t worry about damage, my hair was still super curly after washing and I have not noticed any heat damage)

I was even given in depth advice of how to care for my hair and shall be taking this on board. So amazed with how my hair feels after treatment, how it looks as well as my eyebrows. 100000% recommend and I shall be back time and time again when I come home from London 😍😍🥰🥰 the girls here are absolutely amazing
