The team went above and beyond to accommodate me. The salon is so welcoming and relaxed and the staff are just so friendly. Nat did an amazing job on doing big bouncy curls for my night out, it looked sooo good, I got so many compliments and it lasted all night. Thank you !!!

I’ve been going to Sam and Scott for my hair ever since the COVID lockdown ended, and I haven’t set foot in another salon since. This husband-and-wife duo, along with their incredible team, are exceptionally talented and professional. They are not only friendly but also genuinely care about their clients. They always prioritise client satisfaction and are refreshingly honest about what your hair truly needs. I came to them with very dark hair, and we gradually lightened it together. The results are stunning—my hair looks amazing with absolutely no damage. Recently, I also had hair extensions done, and the colour matching to my natural hair was flawless. My hair looks incredible, and I receive compliments all the time. What I appreciate most is their honesty; they advised me on exactly how much hair I needed without ever trying to upsell anything unnecessary. I highly recommend Sam, Scott, and their fantastic team to anyone looking for top-notch hair care.

Molly is the loveliest , she’s so friendly making you instantly feel comfortable. Not only that, she’s a skincare queen, so knowledgable and understanding. She advised on some skincare that would work for my skin and since I’ve been consistent with my at home routine and my monthly facials , my skin is the best it’s ever been! My favourite facial with her is dermaplane with hydra facial , my skin is glowing everytime :-) thanks Molly!

I went in to reform hair in boothstown and explained that I wanted a hair change as my hair was 'red i i have got to say that the girls their are wonderful i showed them a picture of what i wanted as my roots are ash blonde they talked me theiygh what they could do to help my hair also with a strand test and skin test and booked me in almost as soon as they could when i got there the service was outstanding very professional . They make you feel like you are at home asking if you are ok asking if you would like a drink and making you feel comfortable. My hair was not rushed this was also done very professional and was talked through each stage which I thought was very thoughtful.fot to say from a very red ginger colour to a very natural ash Brown I am a very happy lady and I would recommend anyone to go there this is the first hairdressers that I have trusted for a long time .previously i went to two other hairdressers one of them told me that they could do it and cancelled on the last minute .and then another hairdressers in boothstown which they told me they could turn my hair colour from red into brown and ombre straight away and for a lot of money that was a no from me . I will carry on going to reform I was so impressed thankyou for the professionalism and thabkyou for turning my hair in to somthing very special xx.

Monthly trip! LOVE IT HERE 🩷 Nails, Hollywood wax and spray tan. Emma and Jasmine are absolute stars. They make you super comfortable and am always confident that I’ll come out feeling top tier 💜 Emma did a stunning job on my nails, first ever spray tan and I feel golden! As always Jasmine has done a fabulous job as is rightly a genius waxer 💁‍♀️

I booked in for a facial and shoulder massage with Sam. You are sent a text reminder so you don't forget,which I find very useful. The experience was very relaxing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The girls at the Oak House are all lovely and make you very welcome.

Absolutely fantastic facial from start to finish,products used felt fabulous, nice atmosphere and surroundings. Thank you to Sammy who is professional, curteous and has a very calming persona. Well where do I start on how amazing a facial with Sam is or having a manicure ,pedicure. I dont think i have to sell this place to you as it speaks for itself ...but I do want to review / post what it has meant to me visiting Oak House Beauty. To Sam its not just a service she offers ... she has a great talent of putting you at ease, but most importantly listens with sincerity, always has a warm welcome and a smile for you no matter how her day has been. To me the visits for facials,manicures, pedicures have helped me to get through a lot of stress ,anxiety over the months and build my confidence so walking through the door and booking that first appointment was a step in the right direction in many ways for me and I've never looked back. So yes I highly recommend Sam and all the girls at Oak House Beauty and know that any other women going through the same and probably debating in their heads as i did thinking ... should I or shudnt I ...well I say stop thinking... do it .... its not just about the way us women want to look after ourselves , means so much more these days.....Our Wellbeing.... and This Place Delivers Just That 🩷

I have been visiting Karen at Hidden Beauty for 7 years now and she is by far my favourite massage therapist!! Her personal touches from warm towels at the end of the treatment to the aromatherapy scents to the sounds make for a truly relaxing experience. I go monthly for my maintenance massage and sometimes treat myself to other treatments. Really looking forward to self-care Sundays!!xx
