Had a wonderful experience in my colouring session. I went there for my appointment with my baby, they gave me a private quite room so that me and my baby had privacy during the whole session. The lady dasty who did my hair colour was a very wonderful lady, did exactly the same colour which I showed her in the picture. All the staffs including the honour were very nice and warm. They all made sure that I dont face any problem with my baby. I highly recommend the salon because of their good work and behaviour. Cant be happy enough!! Keep up the good work team!

I wanted a hair transformation and opted for a long bob haircut. Carole provided an excellent consultation, carefully explaining the best length for my hair based on its texture and offering great styling and maintenance tips. Her expertise and skill truly stand out, and I highly recommend her! She also did an incredible hair treatment that made an immediate difference—my hair looked noticeably healthier, shinier, and more vibrant. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was completely happy and satisfied before I left the salon. An amazing experience overall Thank you for the entire team who works there.

Went to get my hair done today, lovely staff, lovely service. Such a nice atmosphere, and such friendly people. They did an amazing job with my hair, it's never looked better! Honestly did God's work on my hair!

Very good experience here, arrived a little early and was seen straight away. They took great care of asking me exactly what I wanted. Enjoyable service and time, got served tea and Brazilian snacks. Will return again!

Me and my mum came in yesterday to get our nails done and honestly one of the nicest experiences we have ever had with a nail technician very nice and polite and are nails are exactly how we wanted it highly would recommend

First impressions were good, a nice and clean reception, you are also offered tea or coffee while you wait for your appointment. Background music was unobtrusive and set a serene atmosphere with a top selection of afeobeats. The Stylist was polite and friendly and the hairdressing area was light and clean. My hair wash was really good and included a head massage with conditioner , that was very relaxing. When finished my hair was fresh and shiny. I would definitelty go back and try others treatments.

I had the best experience at Toys hair and beauty. I was a last minute appointment and was looked after so well. Beautiful salon and the most amazing owner, she works incredibly hard, costumer service, style and hospitality all amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience! X

This was my first time at Melissa Timperly, and my stylist Megan was brilliant. She was so lovely to chat with and did an outstanding job with my hair. I hadn’t had my hair coloured in years, and I wanted something that would be easy to maintain and blend naturally with my own colour, and she was spot on. I also went for a big change with a much shorter cut. I’m always a bit nervous about finding the right hairdresser because my hair has a mix of curl textures, but Megan handled them beautifully. I’m thrilled with my new cut and colour—absolutely loving it! I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next haircut. Thanks Megan!

I'm just back from Melissa Timperley. Read my review here. My visit to the salon is always such a lovely experience. The staff are all lovely and the atmosphere is so relaxing. My last two visits I had my hair cut and coloured by Hamish… an absolute genius with the scissors! I have never seen anyone cut a fringe like he does. I always leave the salon loving my cut and colour when Hamish has done it. He fully takes the time to listen to exactly what i want and takes it step by step to keep checking that im happy with the progress. I really appreciate that he spends time with my fringe to get it just right as not many people have done it exactly how i want it…. extremely talented Stylist! Julee

My daughter had a hair cut with Valerio at the salon and she absolutely loves her new hair😍. Valerio is an amazing stylist and we will definitely be coming back. All staff was also very friendly and helpful. Recommend 100%👌.

Had an amazing experience at Avesta- Andrew is one of the most knowledgeable stylists I have ever been too. Colour knowledge going through all the stages with me making sure I was happy with each stage of the colour and cut. Professional and friendly. Slightly pricey but you honestly get what you pay for!!! For an unbeatable salon experience from start to finish they is the place to go! Thank you Andrew for my amazing colour I am in love!

I have been going to Avesta for the last year and been getting my hair done by Andrew!! Everyone at the salon is lovely but Andrew has been great with my hair and keeping it healthy - couldn’t highly recommend him enough!! Recently I’ve also decided to go on the hair extension journey and he was so helpful throughout and helping me book last min, order + honest opinions with colours and types on my own hair. Ndeye is wonderful at what she does! I have been coming to her salon for over 4 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is superb. She has also always been excellent and extremely patient with my daughter - who can be fussy and wriggle a lot! She can perfectly replicate styles I show her, and also come up with her own when I'm lacking inspiration. I can't recommend Dixa enough!

Ndeye accepted my appointment on short notice. She washed, blow dried, and twisted my hair neatly and efficiently in less than two hours. She has a very pleasant demeanor. I’m from out of town but would return if I’m ever in Manchester.

I booked in for a last minute appointment with Cheri and went for a cat eye BIAB. Cheri was lovely and attentive, and did an amazing job! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with everything including shape, length and colour. I’ll definitely be back.

Had the best manicure and pedicure with Ruth and Deval! They were so lovely and made the whole experience super relaxing. My nails look amazing—such great attention to detail and a perfect finish. Had the best first experience at Norah’s. I opted for a balayage and the results were amazing! Norah and her staff were able to achieve the colour I wanted in one sitting given I had box dyed my hair! All of the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to all. I had made a group booking for myself, bridesmaids, mum and grandma to have a wash & blowdry before my wedding. Seamus and his team took such wonderful care of us, teas, coffees and glasses of fizz. Absolutely loved my curly haircut today, it was my first dry cut and the stylist really listened and made sure I was happy before she washed and styled it (thank you for taking so much time to separate my curls and dry them so beautifully!). The most welcoming salon I’ve been to in Manchester, I will definitely be back ☺️

I visited McCrory Hair for the first time in January and it was brilliant! Seamus was so knowledgable and really took the time to listen to me and teach me how to look after my curly hair and gave me advice on improving its condition. He did a fab cut and I was really pleased with it! I’ll definitely be back!

Came in today and had my hair done by Lucy, she was so sweet and did such an amazing job! The whole process took about 6 hours (I have a lot of hair) and she took so much care and attention to detail throughout, consistently made sure I was happy with it. I had a full head balayage, toner, cut and finish (you can book this all as one service, price varies slightly depending on whether you get a Stylist/ Senior Stylist) and added on an olaplex treatment on top of that. The total came to £165 - no hidden add on charges (cough cough Rush) and I had the option to pay before or after. I’ve never paid less than £200 for a balayage, never mind having a cut thrown in as well. It looks and feels absolutely gorgeous (see pic) I definitely won’t be going elsewhere when I need my hair done! Thank you Lucy and New Church House 🫶🏻
