Absolutely recommend! Katie always does a great job of my colour and cut. Wish I could clone her for home. Salon is clean, shampoos smell divine and everyone is friendly.

Excellent all round. Came to have my wedding nails done.First time coming to the salon and it was so relaxed and the atmosphere is lovely; you don’t feel like you have to engage in ‘chitchat’ if you don’t want to. Nelly did an excellent job; she is very attentive to detail and I got exactly what I asked for. Well worth the money I spent. Will definitely be back in the future!

I have been coming to The Strand ever since I moved back to the area 9 years ago. I have really flat, oily hair and so wanted a perm to give me curls and body so I initially saw the owner Rachel (who does perms there). Right from the consultation appointment I knew that I was in the best hands I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. Rachel and her team are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to make me and now my little girl feel really special and looked after. I also now regularly see Nelly based there for my nails who is also excellent and the best nail technician I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t ever trust anyone else now, it’s a home from home and would highly recommend them (as I have done many times). Thank you ladies for continuing to provide such an amazing experience.

Katie at The Strand has cut and coloured my hair for years now and I would absolutely not go anywhere else. She is professional, experienced and so knowledgeable about her trade.
