I had my wedding nails done a week ago and they're still as good! The lady doing my nails was very gentle. I'd had a bad experience with another technician and she showed me how much better she was. We couldn't do my first plan as she lost the powder on the morning but she did her best to come up with something very similar. In the end, we came up with something different and I fell in love with them. I've had lots of compliments from everyone I've seen. It was a very pleasant experience and she opened the shop on a Monday when they're normally closed so I could get my nails done before my wedding. Another point I want to make about this shop, they were very accommodating of my disability. I use crutches and a wheelchair to get around due to chronic pain and I haven't found any accessible places. With this store, there was only 1 step to get into the building, and while arranging my appointment, this was the only place who were willing to try anything to help me get inside. Other shops would just say they had steps, and end the conversation. The woman I spoke to said they would do anything to help. At one point I was told they were trying to find a way to get a ramp at the front in case I was in the wheelchair. Thus is why I chose to go there. This world is hard to get through as a disabled person and its not often you get treated with actual decency and compassion. Due to the kindness and compassion I received from this store, I will return regularly. If the owner and woman sees this review before I see you again, just know i am very grateful and thankful for your professionalism for your behaviour and your skills. Thank you

Fabulous spa and on our door step, amazing treatments and the salt room was so relaxing everything for self care inder one roof. I'm going to be a regular 😀

This is the only place I go to for my all spa treatments! Just had a Japanese head spa and I honestly forgot where I was! From the minute I go into the heated bed until the end, every second was a bliss! The prices aren't extortionate compared to other spas! My hair feels and smells amazing! Will definitely be back soon 💆‍♀️

I came to Elegant Avenue The Spa this morning for my mummy to be experience treatment. I have to say, the staff are so lovely & very welcoming, the atmosphere is great & just the treatment itself was dreamy! I feel amazing coming away afterwards & have already recommend here to my other pregnant/mum friends💗 Thank you again!! Its just what ive been needing!
