My hair was in dire condition entering the salon, it was damaged from years of box dye and needed serious intervention. Nicole took a lot of time to understand what colour I wanted, and worked to neutralize the red tones in my hair to bring it back to brunette with some caramel highlights, within 3 hours my hair was transformed, it looked and felt really healthy and looked amazing. My first visit to Alicia today was great from start to finish. A thorough consultation and explantation of what would be best for my hair to achieve the look I wanted. The blow dry was the best I have had as I have wavy frizzy hair it can be unruly. I was given advice on what products were best for my hair type and how often and when to use. I left with an amazing low maintenance colour a smooth blow dry and a cut to improve the shape. I am very happy with my hair it looks amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Alicia

Today I visited the salon which was my first time there and having my nails done . The salon was very nice staff were extremely friendly . Niamh made me feel really comfortable and my nails are beautiful. I’d just like to mention Hannah and her client also made me feel very welcomed and it was really nice being included into their conversation. Being in a similar industry myself I know it can be quite intimidating when there’s a lot of people and I have to say I didn’t feel that at all , it was lovely seeing a busy salon full of lovely people .

Judie was incredibly kind and made me and my little boy feel great. We both had an amazingly satisfying haircut experience. Very happy with the results!
