Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.

Had a deluxe facial with neck and shoulder massage with Hannah , she even did an arm and hand massage . This whole experience was divine , lovely relaxed room , treated very well and beautiful smelling products. Definitely worth a visit! 100% recommendation!!

A fabulous experience at Makeover today! Usually I don’t enjoy getting my curly hair cut but today was so lovely. Millie clearly understands how curly hair is different and the whole process was relaxing, enjoyable and I learnt how to get the best from my hair. Had an amazing curl experience with Georgia! After struggling to find a stylist with the knowledge to work with curly hair in derby, I was so grateful when Sally approached me and let me know about the new curl service her salon was offering. I learnt so much about my curls and Georgia ensured I was using my Only Curls products correctly, teaching me new techniques. Would recommend to all- whether you’re just finding your curls or an expert in your routine. Will definitely be back for my maintenance cut!

I recently tried the keratin smoothing treatment and I am completely blown away. My usually frizzy fine hair is so shiny! I woke up with sleek hair (usually looks like a birds nest in the morning). I feel like I finally have the soft, silky hair I always dreamed of - thanks Georgia you have worked a miracle :)

My first visit to this salon today for a curly cut and colour with Elysia. What a gorgeous and incredibly friendly salon. Everyone was so lovely and clearly work together as an amazing team. Felt totally comfortable from start to finish. Elysia did an amazing job, advising on colour and gave lots of hair care tips, listening to my needs and taking care to achieve great results. Staff were very professional, but also super friendly and easy to talk to. The whole process was wonderful, I had my hair dyed here and paid a great price for it. One Nine Three Hair and Beauty is the place to go! I always go for my eye brows to be done after preferring Jodie to do them before she had this salon. She is absolutely fantastic and her customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and all of the staff make you feel very welcome whenever you are in the salon. Yesterday was my first time having a facial done at One Nine Three and it was amazing! One of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be going again for another one! 💕

Stumbled across this place a few years ago for my Harry Potter obsessed eldest's birthday party, which was brilliant fun. Not only is the most incredibly decorated salon I've ever been to but the service is impeccable. Jodie is so friendly and helpful and reassuring. Always come out feeling your best! And the ideal place for a wizarding party or pamper session!

Jodie always does my brows and lashes and does a fab job. Sam does my hair now and managed to tidy up a bit of a botch job for me! It also helps that they have a lovely range of hot drink options and are great people; I love the Harry Pooter decor too... It really is a lovely place to spend some time!

Wow what a hidden Gem. Such a magical experience from the moment you walk through the door. I had a full body massage which I would highly recommend which was so relaxing especially with the ambiance of the room. The therapist was very calming and made me feel very comfortable.

I had a skin mot with Claire today. I now understand why I had to make my appointment 5 weeks in advance! I feel like I am now on a journey with my skin, i have seen results after just 1 treatment. Cant wait for my next.

Recommended by a friend and she was so right. Mike’s at Rocco’s is excellent. Even though I’m an older lady he didn’t treat me as such. He was chatty but not overbearing and very professional. My hair looks wonderful when he’s done it. Just a shame I can’t get it to look just like he does. Will always use Mikey.

Cannot recommend Alysha enough!! First time for lip fillers and I couldn't have been more welcomed and put at ease by this lovely lady! As well as being friendly I felt very well informed as I was given lots of information about the procedure and after care etc. You will see me very soon cannot wait to keep adding too my new fabulous lips. I had Jess do my hair and I absolutely loved it! She's so professional, so friendly and welcoming I can't wait to go back. I had a balayage for the first time, I wanted something more natural and lived in. Jess had a really thorough consultation with me and explained all the ins and outs which was so refreshing! I had my make up and hair done by these lovely ladies last week, as I was a bridesmaid for my cousin's wedding. They were AMAZING, all of the bridal party looked stunning. I am in my mid 40's, but they made me look and feel so much younger, I got compliments all day, and after I posted the photos online. They honestly worked miracles with me!! Me and my daughter had our make-up done with paige she is amazing at make-up she does exactly what you ask for we both loved it and my daughter re booked for her prom.

You will struggle to find a lash tech who is as professional as Gemma! Availability is great and if there are any issues then they’re dealt with easily. The whole salon has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is approachable and you’ll leave feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!

I love going to Aurora Beauty studio, all the girls are friendly and excellent at what they do. I’ve had lashes, nails, microblading and waxing and never had a bad experience. The studio is gorgeous and has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Gemma and Becka are the loveliest people and will make you feel at ease with whatever treatment you choose, and I’ve got to mention Stanley, the resident Dachshund, take a treat and he’ll reward you with cuddles. I would totally recommend Aurora Beauty Studio.

Gem is just the best. I have just had had luxury derma-planing followed by a back neck and shoulder massage. She is just so professional, makes you feel so relaxed and is just so good at all her treatments. I Would definitely recommend her, came out feeling really pampered and relaxed. Over a period of time I had a course of 3 IPL laser sessions that were done by Georgia. I found her very competent in her field and listened to my needs. I have seen a big improvement in the even texture of my skin. I am very pleased with my results . Thank you x

I started getting my nails (hands and toes) done at Prestige recently. My experiences have been wonderful, Evie (who I book with regularly) does such a wonderful job. Her attention to detail and conversation are fabulous, she's very punctual with her apportionment timings and was very welcoming to me as a new customer. Would 10/10 reccomend a visit 💅🏽 💅🏽 lots of colours to choose from also!
