I have been coming to Gemma and the team since the salon opened over a year ago. All the girls are so lovely, friendly and professional. There is just a beautiful vibe in there and you feel so welcome. They've became more than just somewhere I get my nails done, they've become so much more and I wish nothing but success for Gemma and all the team. Beka is my usual gal for treatment and she is an absolute joy and cares so much about getting everything perfect for you. Could not recommend anymore ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gem is just the best. I have just had had luxury derma-planing followed by a back neck and shoulder massage. She is just so professional, makes you feel so relaxed and is just so good at all her treatments. I Would definitely recommend her, came out feeling really pampered and relaxed. Such a beautiful salon with such a lovely atmosphere. All the girls are fabulous.

Such a lovely welcome salon, all the staff are so welcoming and professional. Had versions of treatments I’ve the years and Gemma has always been amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything beauty related!

You will struggle to find a lash tech who is as professional as Gemma! Availability is great and if there are any issues then they’re dealt with easily. The whole salon has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is approachable and you’ll leave feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!

I had a wash and blow dry booked in with Chris - it was such a relaxing and positive atmosphere, Chris was so attentive and listened to my thoughts about styling my hair, as well as giving me suggestions and tips on how to style my hair in the future. My hair looked amazing! Very lovely experience and I’ll definitely be back next time! Thank you Chris and the rest of the team

What a team !!! Moved to Matlock a few months ago and needed a fabulous hairdressers . O wow was I lucky when I found Aspire !! Ashley is so welcoming. Gracie is amazing and has worked magic on my hair . Always wanted low lights but afraid it would be half way hell . O no definitely not in Gracie’s magical hands 🤩 so glad I found this beautiful warm amazing creative team . Can’t recommend them enough .

Went to try this hair salon with high hopes but was left underwhelmed. Loved the friendly customer service from the moment I first walked in and the nice touch of being offered sparkling water while waiting for my stylist. The stylist was very friendly too and good at understanding and being able to execute the desired result I wanted. However the reason why I only gave 4 stars and not 5, is it felt like I was being squeezed into a tight time slot and the service felt a bit rushed, and a bit lacking. I was not offered to have my hair styled at the end, which I’ve grown to expect from many other stylists of a similar price point as a complimentary part of the service. The stylist who did my hair dried it in a way that didn’t feel like a professional technique, just wafting the hair dryer around, not using a brush, so I didn’t even get the volume from a nice professionally done blow dry. Left with hair that just fell flat rather than having that special “fresh from the hair salon” feeling. In my opinion when you’re paying for a professional to do your hair, you would want to walk out having it look a bit better than any other day. If anything I feel like I have a better hair drying technique at home. For this reason, I doubt I would go back.

I would highly recommend Erika’s Beauty. Zoe is amazing and works magic with my hair! She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers professional advice and always takes time and care with my highlighted hair. Erika offers excellent and professional skin care advice. As someone who was nervous about having some treatments I was very quickly reassured by Erika’s knowledge and expertise. Adelina does a fantastic job of my lash extensions, her attention to detail is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to get the look I hope to achieve. I have been attending the salon for a few years now and I receive a first class service every time. If you’re thinking about visiting the salon you won’t be disappointed!

I've been visiting Erika's Beauty for years now and have had a number of treatments including, gel nail manicures, the Brightening Facial with Joanna, lash lift with Erika and brow lamination with Aiko, Erika and Adelina. All the staff are professional, friendly and do an excellent job - they are perfectionists in their fields and I always leave the salon feeling fantastic! Biggest praise to Erika who I trust with my eyebrows - she always does an impeccable job with my brow lamination and I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

I visited Katie Jane Beauty today I had a dermatological facial it was absolutely amazing never had one before but I'm definitely having another one. I felt very much at home Katie is such a friendly person and I felt soo relax. I'd recommend to anyone.

It’s always a calm and relaxing atmosphere at Katie’s salon. Appointments are always on time and you’re made to feel so welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the salon to any of my friends or family. Just can’t speak highly enough of the professional and yet warm, welcoming salon.

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough! I’ve always been self conscious about beauty treatment and I’ve never been made to feel more comfortable and relaxed, having first time classic lashes and then brown lamination on my second lash infill session! Wow! (I grew up in the shave your brows and draw them back on era) I am absolutely over the moon with this treatment! Charlotte is an absolute pro! She’s also a beautiful person with a beautiful personality! Katie is so lovely and welcoming, as are all the staff I’ve met so far! Cannot recommend Alysha enough!! First time for lip fillers and I couldn't have been more welcomed and put at ease by this lovely lady! As well as being friendly I felt very well informed as I was given lots of information about the procedure and after care etc. You will see me very soon cannot wait to keep adding too my new fabulous lips. I love this place so much, I come here for my hair, facials, massage and laser hair removal. All the staff are amazing and are the best in their fields. It's a gorgeous building with a really welcoming and friendly environment which puts you at ease straight away. I can't recommend this place and the girls enough. Just been for another laser session and I'm almost at a dolphin state of smoothness, Ella is so friendly and puts you at ease in what could be an awkward situation, especially if it's your first time. If you're not already booked in for treatments here what are you playing at!

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.

I had a free hair consultation last week with Natalie . I’ve had several bad experiences with hairdressers in the past , and Natalie understood everything I said , she went through the whole process with me and gave me all my options and information . When I came back a few days ago for my actual hair appointment , the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble , lovely friendly atmosphere. For the first time in many years I left a salon with exactly what I had asked for . Ive found my new hairdresser and I honestly cannot recommend Natalie or the salon enough . 5* service , staff and outcome , Thankyou !!!

So happy with my first visit here. I was just passing by and popped in to enquire about a full head colour/ colours. I met the owner first, who dropped everything to welcome me and had a full consultation including skin and hair test. I was booked in with Cami, who specialises in what I was asking for. I was looked after really well on the day, all the staff were very friendly and offered tea! Cami was professional, knowledgeable, competent and enthusiastic... couldn't ask for more. Not only was Cami friendly and funny, but I was kept in the loop as to what was being done throughout the process. The results are fantastic and I recommend this place to anyone 💗 Thank you!

Over a period of time I had a course of 3 IPL laser sessions that were done by Georgia. I found her very competent in her field and listened to my needs. I have seen a big improvement in the even texture of my skin. I am very pleased with my results . Thank you x

Incredible! I first had a consultation with Sarah about getting a stubborn reddish brown out of my hair to eventually go silver/grey. Sarah was very upfront about how long the whole process could potentially take, and why it would take that long as we’d have to gradually work at my hair so it wouldn’t get damaged in the process. I had my first treatment, colour and cut this month and it was seamless. The care that was taken with my hair, and the expertise were unmatched. The end colour and style were amazing and this is the healthiest my hair has ever looked. I look forward to going back in January for the second part. The price is also very reasonable for the amount of work and time the whole process is going to take! Sarah also makes a pretty mean coffee, too!
