I often feel nervous going to get my hair cut but the staff at Ursulas were friendly and chatty which put me at ease. I was also able to book last minute for a Saturday, only ringing the day before. First time in a long time a stylist has listened to my simple request and done a perfect job! And also for an amazing price! Will definitely return
