I have been a returning client to Redd Lifestyle Salon for YEARS! The work Marie and the team do is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your result and take a lot of care in finding out exactly what you want from your trip to the salon. It’s a true feeling of collaboration to get the best result, and that I cannot fault! As someone who has been very particular with her hair requests over the years (hehe sorry), I have never once been disappointed. Such a friendly, welcoming salon, that not only makes you leave feeling great, but looking great too. If I could give this place more than 5 starts I absolutely would!

Milly is easy to chat to, does an outstanding service and the atmosphere is so friendly and calm. There is an endless choice of colours to choose from for my nails, I can never decide! Fantastic service from Milly during my Luxury Manicure, beautiful results and an enjoyable experience. Epernay is a really nice salon, and one of the perks I found was that they were running on time! I appreciate things don’t always run like clockwork but I do find it irritating when many salons run over and you find you’re sat waiting for your appointment. Fortunately, this wasn’t the case with Epernay, I began my treatment on time and it didn’t feel rushed. Thanks Milly, you’re a great asset to the Epernay Team!

Sally is the absolute best, nobody compares to her, I travel a fair distance and she is totally worth it, she not only works wonders on your hair but she works wonders on making u feel so confident! she is the most amazing woman ever! You’ll feel the most comfortable you’ve ever felt around anyone with her! She really puts everything into making sure you walk out the most beautiful you’ve felt in your life. My hair always turns out perfectly ( I’ll attach photos) she really is the most sweetest and the most talented person I’ve ever met in my life, she has made me feel so much better about myself! Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to bring my toddler to my appointment, which made things so much easier. When I had to cancel last minute, they were very understanding and even managed to reschedule me for a later appointment without any hassle. The staff is amazing, and Poppy, in particular, is extremely talented. She did an incredible job with my hair, and her friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this salon for their flexibility, understanding, and expertise!

I’ve never really felt comfortable at hairdressers until I walked in here! I previously messaged the owner to see if they could help with my hair which was in a bit of a mess! I've been here a few times now for a massage and every time it is absolutely fantastic! By far the best massage I've ever had. The bed is heated and I always come away feeling amazing. It's a lovely place and I highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.

Friendly staff at hand. I had a massage booked in. Gemma is brilliant very kind and caring to your needs. The atmosphere is clean, calm and collected. There were lots of treatment options and prices were very good too. I have booked my second massage then and there.

Relaxing salon where nothing is too much trouble. I visit regularly and Rachael is amazing, she takes her time to deliver treatments to a very high standard. Would 100% recommend!

I went for a dry cut today at there Belper salon. My hair is dry as I'm going through the menopause. The stylist cut it short which is what I wanted. I'm really happy with the result. I thought the staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my visit.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the fantastic service at Katie Weeds- particularly as our little boy has always been extremely frightened of having his hair cut. We decided to take a chance a few months ago, and brought him to Katie Weeds instead of the children's barbers he went to before; and each time he has become braver and braver. We would especially like to thank Emily. Since Angus has been seeing her for his haircuts, he has come on leaps and bounds. Rather than being frightened of going in, he's now spending the day before telling me he's going to see his friend Emily to have his hair done. She has been so kind and understanding of his nervousness. She always makes sure to shield his neck to prevent itchy hairs from making him uncomfortable- which was always a big part of his dislike- She joins in his chatter about numbers and timetables, and she knows the way to his heart is through bribery with Loveheart sweets! Thankyou Katie Weeds for being an excellent place, and thankyou Emily for making Angus' life just that little bit less scary :) x
