I've been visiting Gem at Be Sparkled Boutique for years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Not only does she make my hair look amazing, but she makes everyone feel at home in the salon. Gemma is absolutely amazing at what she does. Wouldn't go to anyone else. She makes you feel so comfortable! And never fails to make my hair look amazing. She's that amazing I only wanted her to do my hair on my wedding day and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I am very much not a hair or make up type person, but Emma was very good at helping me with information on how to prep my skin and hair to make sure it looked the best. Emma was fantastic from beginning to end. I had my trial about 6 weeks before my wedding and thought I knew what I wanted, but actually changed my mind. She was patient and understanding, and really listened to what I wanted. On the day, she came to the venue and made me, my bridesmaid and my mum look fabulous. I’ve been going to Sarah for many years. I followed her from a previous salon to embellish because such good hairdressers are hard to come by. I love the salon she is at now. The salon I has recently undergone a renovation and looks lovely. The seats are so comfortable to sit in while you are having your hair done. It’s a friendly salon with a professional and comfortable atmosphere. Sarah is so good at her job. I’m fussy about how I have my hair done but Sarah always pays attention to what I want and does it just right. She is a credit to the salon. She is a lovely young lady with a caring nature. I’ve been going to embellish for a couple of years and love the place. The staff are so friendly. My stylist Sarah is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is attentive and caring. She listens to how you want and like your hair. She offers good advice about your hair. She is absolutely brilliant. I always love my hair and get exactly what we have discussed and decided on. What a very talented hairdresser she is. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve sent friends to her and they all feel just like I do. The salon has been newly refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I am offered a drink several times during my visit and Sarah always tells the person making it how I like it so I get a perfect cup of coffee. These little things are important. I always get a wonderful head massage off Sarah as part of my hair wash because she knows how much I love it. If I only want a very slight trim then that is what I get. No taking up to an inch off like other stylists have in the past. Sarah always listens to what is important to me and wants very much to make sure I’m happy with what she has done. Her customers are important to her and she wants them to leave the salon feeling amazing. She takes pride in what she does and always gives her very best to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend embellish and definitely recommend Sarah to everyone. A very talented knowledgeable and experienced stylist indeed. Alice is fantastic. I frequently visit for a kaseo facial and some form of massage, my current favourite is a full body hot stone massage. I also have my eyebrows tinted and waxed and they're the best shape they've ever been. Alice also does lab lift and tint which I recently had done, she is a perfectionist so the result is amazing.

Absolutely love getting my nails and brows done here. I am always welcomed with a cuppa and great conversation. The best beauty therapist around!

Went to try this hair salon with high hopes but was left underwhelmed. Loved the friendly customer service from the moment I first walked in and the nice touch of being offered sparkling water while waiting for my stylist. The stylist was very friendly too and good at understanding and being able to execute the desired result I wanted. However the reason why I only gave 4 stars and not 5, is it felt like I was being squeezed into a tight time slot and the service felt a bit rushed, and a bit lacking. I was not offered to have my hair styled at the end, which I’ve grown to expect from many other stylists of a similar price point as a complimentary part of the service. The stylist who did my hair dried it in a way that didn’t feel like a professional technique, just wafting the hair dryer around, not using a brush, so I didn’t even get the volume from a nice professionally done blow dry. Left with hair that just fell flat rather than having that special “fresh from the hair salon” feeling. In my opinion when you’re paying for a professional to do your hair, you would want to walk out having it look a bit better than any other day. If anything I feel like I have a better hair drying technique at home. For this reason, I doubt I would go back.

What a team !!! Moved to Matlock a few months ago and needed a fabulous hairdressers . O wow was I lucky when I found Aspire !! Ashley is so welcoming. Gracie is amazing and has worked magic on my hair . Always wanted low lights but afraid it would be half way hell . O no definitely not in Gracie’s magical hands 🤩 so glad I found this beautiful warm amazing creative team . Can’t recommend them enough .

As a visitor to the UK I had been struggling to find somewhere to get my hair cut and coloured. But from the moment I walked into the salon Ashley and the staff made me so welcome and they were determined to fit me in somewhere during my stay in the area. Megan has done a wonderful colour and cut that even my husband commented!! Ashley also called me back as a cancellation came in so I could also get my brows done. You are all team amazing, all of you so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, all of you. Would 110% recommend this salon.

I was given a gift voucher for Mothers Day, unfortunately due to lockdown I only used it this week but well worth the wait 🤩. Manicure and polish have made my nails look fantastic. Also had a facial which was relaxing and felt so good I have booked a course of 10. It was my first visit to Kirsti at Brampton Beauty Retreat definitely not my last, despite having to drive 40 mins to get there. Salon felt very clean and COVID-19 safe.

Kirsti is professional, friendly and really did a fantastic job. Her treatment rooms are very clean and the decor sets the tone for a relaxing ambiance. My skin feels so refreshed and looks really radiant after my first facial. She also really tailors each treatment to your needs (for me it was helping clear my skin of a lot of clogged pores and evening out my skin tone). Also had a 30 minute back massage after as she luckily was able to squeeze me in and honestly really pleased with the quality. Again she ensures you are happy with the pressure she puts and is open to adjusting accordingly to your preference. It was probably the best massage I've had because of this so I definitely recommend her services as they are of a high standard and well worth the money !

Had a lovely luxury pedicure here this week. Nice treat for me and my mum, we could have our treatments together at the same time which was nice. Jayde and Camilla were very friendly and both gave us a fantastic pedicure with callus peel. We will definitely be coming back thank you so much our feet feel lovely!

What can I say? Delighted to have found this goldmine. Tastefully decorated which is so welcoming. I was greeted by Kirsti, my therapist today. She was so warm and friendly, I was immediately put at ease. I have had a full leg wax many times in the past, but never this thorough. And the after wax cream application was amazing. I really can not recommend this salon highly enough to anyone who values excellent service at favourable prices. I shall be booking more appointments for other treatments in the very near future. Thank you Kirsti for a relaxing experience.

Most excellent services, definitely a service with a smile, does an absolutely amazing hair cut, very friendly environment. Most of the time I don't like going to the hair dresses as they make you feel uncomfortable, but not at the second image hair salon, she make you feel welcome and comfortable to be there. I was very nervous going into somewhere new but she instantly put me at ease. She is so geniune and such a lovely person.
