The atmosphere is so calming as you enter the room, a brief update on how you are, the treatments are so relaxing and through, no rushing you in and out, I’ve never been one for massage but now book every six weeks… in summer I totally enjoy the pedicure, again so relaxing. I’m looking forward to my first aromatherapy massage in jan 2222, a treat to get over the stress of work over Christmas. Sarah is caring, professional, and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever.

Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough! Always feel comfortable, the room is very relaxing and organised. Sarah always goes beyond and over on every appointment and is very enthusiastic about what she does. I always have a massage when visiting, great if you’ve got plenty of knots like me and need them out!

Thank goodness for the Hidden hideaway! I have had the most relaxing massage and facial with Sarah. Sarah is professional with extremely high standards. I felt immediately at ease from our first appointment and cannot recommended her highly enough. I thoroughly look forward to my monthly treat.

I have been for 2 pregnancy massages at the Hidden Hideaway, and both were amazing. Sarah personalises them to your needs and gives consideration to your issues or concerns. She checks in with you throughout the massage and makes changes if you need them. I always leave feeling totally and utterly relaxed and I will definitely be returning. This has been my second time at Oliver’s and I am so glad I found it! Claire is amazing, she really does listen and is genuinely interested in how you want your hair to look. She takes very great care with every detail and I feel in very safe hands! I have already booked my next two appointments because she is so much in demand. I was walking down the road with my dogs the other day and a neighbour stopped me and said how nice my hair looked. She might as well have just given me £1000 because that’s how I felt! Amazing! I love going to Olivers hair studio . It's a gem of a place , nice and chilled . Nothing is too much trouble. Hollie does my hair and transforms me every time I go . Come out looking great feel refreshed. Recommended Hollie to a friend who now always go there.

Love the K18 treatment with Hollie, my hair always looks and feels so soft and smooth and Hollie makes me feel so comfortable. My massage with Milly was amazing, helped relieve back pain and felt so relaxed.

Such a lovely salon! I booked with Claire at Oliver’s as I hadn’t had the best experience at another salon so was feeling a little nervous about having my hair done again. Claire was so kind and patient and chatted through everything with me. The salon itself is very chilled with nice music on so felt relaxed having my treatment and felt cared from the start to the finish. I absolutely loved the end result of my hair and would highly recommend going. I’ve booked to have my nails soon and I’ll be sticking here for future hair cuts and colour.

Took my daughter for the first time. They were so friendly and helpful, very accommodating, gave her a great cut and I would say should’ve charged a lot more than they did for the time it took! I’d definitely recommend and we will definitely be going back ☺️

Always a friendly and personal experience. The waiting list is usually quite long but that lends itself to the quality of the service. It's worth the wait.

I have visited this fantastic place since I turned up on Diane’s doorstep in a state 20 years ago. My hairdresser at the time was not doing me any favours and I was taken in and every effort made to get my hair back on track. Since then the salon has developed into the Crich Hair and Beauty that we all love and know. Try it and see you will never be disappointed I promise you.
