I started getting my nails (hands and toes) done at Prestige recently. My experiences have been wonderful, Evie (who I book with regularly) does such a wonderful job. Her attention to detail and conversation are fabulous, she's very punctual with her apportionment timings and was very welcoming to me as a new customer. Would 10/10 reccomend a visit 💅🏽 💅🏽 lots of colours to choose from also!

Went to try this hair salon with high hopes but was left underwhelmed. Loved the friendly customer service from the moment I first walked in and the nice touch of being offered sparkling water while waiting for my stylist. The stylist was very friendly too and good at understanding and being able to execute the desired result I wanted. However the reason why I only gave 4 stars and not 5, is it felt like I was being squeezed into a tight time slot and the service felt a bit rushed, and a bit lacking. I was not offered to have my hair styled at the end, which I’ve grown to expect from many other stylists of a similar price point as a complimentary part of the service. The stylist who did my hair dried it in a way that didn’t feel like a professional technique, just wafting the hair dryer around, not using a brush, so I didn’t even get the volume from a nice professionally done blow dry. Left with hair that just fell flat rather than having that special “fresh from the hair salon” feeling. In my opinion when you’re paying for a professional to do your hair, you would want to walk out having it look a bit better than any other day. If anything I feel like I have a better hair drying technique at home. For this reason, I doubt I would go back.

I had a wash and blow dry booked in with Chris - it was such a relaxing and positive atmosphere, Chris was so attentive and listened to my thoughts about styling my hair, as well as giving me suggestions and tips on how to style my hair in the future. My hair looked amazing! Very lovely experience and I’ll definitely be back next time! Thank you Chris and the rest of the team

What a team !!! Moved to Matlock a few months ago and needed a fabulous hairdressers . O wow was I lucky when I found Aspire !! Ashley is so welcoming. Gracie is amazing and has worked magic on my hair . Always wanted low lights but afraid it would be half way hell . O no definitely not in Gracie’s magical hands 🤩 so glad I found this beautiful warm amazing creative team . Can’t recommend them enough .

I have visited this fantastic place since I turned up on Diane’s doorstep in a state 20 years ago. My hairdresser at the time was not doing me any favours and I was taken in and every effort made to get my hair back on track. Since then the salon has developed into the Crich Hair and Beauty that we all love and know. Try it and see you will never be disappointed I promise you.

Took my daughter for the first time. They were so friendly and helpful, very accommodating, gave her a great cut and I would say should’ve charged a lot more than they did for the time it took! I’d definitely recommend and we will definitely be going back ☺️

Fantastic salon; both Laura and Freya, are extremely talented hair stylists, (wether it's for a cut, or colour or even an updo for a special occasion) making you feel a million dollars every time you visit. They are both super friendly and give good advice (if needed) on best hair products, or hair problems etc.. Laura does my hair and I'm never disappointed. I also have a few beauty treatments with Freya, each month, which includes, eyelash tint, + eyebrow wax and tint. It truly is an amazing salon to go to, when you feel you want pampering.. I love my visits to this beautiful little salon, a wonderful relaxing experience every time.💖

I was a little nervous as it was the first time in years using a different hairdresser after the one I used in Sheffield closed. Freya and Laura were so welcoming. I'd highly recommend Laura-Beth as hairdresser, She made me feel so welcome when I first walked in as I'm not from around here so felt a bit anxious at first but once we started chatting I felt at ease. I've not had my hair cut for while so going there was breath of fresh air as laura cut my hair really nicely and made my hair feel fresh and tidy again.

Emmy is such an amazing hairdresser always listens to what I want and just makes it happen for me. She always protects my hair when bleaching it to make sure I still leave with it feeling soft.

Emmy has been doing my hair now for a couple of years after me switching a lot between other places before and never really finding someone who made my hair look and feel as good as Emmy does! The salon gives such a relaxed and friendly vibe which is a nice place to spend over 3 hours there as I have a huge head of foils on each time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thanks for being there :)

1st time there. Usually find hairdressers quite intimidating but the two lady owners were absolutely lovely. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The atmosphere is so calming as you enter the room, a brief update on how you are, the treatments are so relaxing and through, no rushing you in and out, I’ve never been one for massage but now book every six weeks… in summer I totally enjoy the pedicure, again so relaxing. I’m looking forward to my first aromatherapy massage in jan 2222, a treat to get over the stress of work over Christmas. Sarah is caring, professional, and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever.

Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough! Always feel comfortable, the room is very relaxing and organised. Sarah always goes beyond and over on every appointment and is very enthusiastic about what she does. I always have a massage when visiting, great if you’ve got plenty of knots like me and need them out!

Sarah is absolutely incredible. I’ve been using her services for about a year now . From day 1 she has been consistently excellent. She knows her stuff and is always so professional. The room is so lovely and snuggly warm , which is a huge bonus . Before finding Sarah I had used several other salons for massage mainly as I suffer with my lower back, but none have come close to helping me, like Sarah has & continues to do . I’ve had several different treatments now and I’m always so satisfied and I always leave feeling so much better than I did when I walked in. Thank you Sarah - you’re amazing :)
