I had the best first experience. The atmosphere is great. The food is tasty and the owner is nice. Worth a visit.
Lovely little Eritrean restaurant. The food is to die for and freshly made. We also had the traditional coffee and it was really good with the beans roasted fresh too.
My first time trying Eritrean food and it was delicious. A bit similar to Ethiopian, at the least the dish that we tried. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely come back to try other dishes.
A real hidden gem of harehills, fantastic, authentic Eritrean cuisine filled with flavour and love! Really good value for money and would recommend the coffee ceremony with popcorn, absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely amazing experience at Abashawel for lunch today! Delicious food and such great service! The food was amazing and so fresh, completely cooked to order…. Cannot recommend enough!
