Scarlett was so fantastic at our wedding we can’t thank her enough. Our ceremony was so personal and really reflected us as a couple. We had so many compliments from guests about the ceremony and how well Scarlett had captured us. She made us feel at complete ease and was well organised with the readings, paperwork and working with our other suppliers to make the ceremony run smoothly. We booked Scarlett as the celebrant for our wedding in July 2022. From the first call with Scarlett we felt confident that she was the celebrant for us - she was warm, friendly, listened to what we wanted from the day and gave great advice that helped make decision-making as stress free as possible. She kept in touch in the run up to the wedding and continued to give us all the support and guidance we needed, responding to any feedback we had in a really constructive way. On the day she was amazing - the ceremony was personal, moving, funny and relaxed all at once! She also handled hiccups like the sound system breaking partway through with calm good humour. We came across Kirsty after the previous company we had hired to do our venue decor went into administration and without sounding to harsh I’m glad they did! Kirsty was brilliant! She spent time on going through what we had previously hired and what she could do. We then went to meet her at a wedding fayre and so glad we did. Although we had an idea of what we wanted we left Kirsty to deal with the finer points and she did not disappoint. Our room looked stunning. We were delighted with what she had done and we received many lovely comments from our guests and the hotel. Whether you know what you want or haven’t got a clue Kirsty will give you great ideas. We had elegant covers and bows for our wedding, and we can only say FANTASTIC! They were absolutely brilliant throughout, even when we did change our mind 3 times!! Working with Laura was literally the easiest part of the whole wedding planning. I told her my theme and what I needed to make it a reality and she just said yes and before I knew it I had my quote for literally everything I needed. When I saw everything decorated and set up, I cried because it looked exactly like I pictured it. Laura is professional, patient and SO EASY to work with. I cannot thank or recommend her enough 🖤🖤

Laura provided dressed chairs, post box, vases, easels and signage (welcome sign, seating plan sign, menus, table numbers) for our wedding and we could not have been happier with everything. Laura made everything super easy for us and was really responsive. Definitely recommend!!

My husband and I finally tied the knot on 7th August 2021 after having to postpone from our original date the previous year. Laura was very understanding and accommodating in moving our booking over to the new date. She communicated well and ensured to cover all of the finer details so nothing was missed out. We were able to add last minute things to our booking when we decided we couldn’t get married without the gorgeous large blossom trees. The room was decorated exactly how we pictured and all of the guests commented on the stunning decor. I would highly recommend Laura for your wedding or event.

Laura always goes above and beyond for all her couples, be that arriving early to make sure that everything is in place or at times delivering chairs and sashes to random outside locations on the estate. West Yorkshire Event Styling did our wedding in Feb 2023 and I can't say enough about how great our venue looked. Alison was professional from the outset and nothing was too much for her. Eventhough she already has a long itinerary of resources, if we wanted something specific, she would find it, such as a fog machine! Her blossom trees are beautiful and I had so many comments from all our guests on how amazing they looked. The entire venue looked enchanting. You're in a safe pair of hands with Alison and I would definitely recommend.

Wow! Our expectations were already high from our chats and the samples we had already seen with Alison beforehand - but wow, everything far exceeded beyond what we imagined! Sometimes it can be hard to put into words what you are envisioning, but Alison had fully grasped what we were looking for and executed it amazingly on the day. Every detail was absolutely spot on. Everything was positioned well, balanced, the colour scheme as perfect, and included personal touches that made it so special to us. The actual decor itself is also high quality - our guests couldn’t believe that the floral displays weren’t real! Alison is also really easy to get on with and work with, we would recommend highly for wedding decor!

Alison did an amazing job for our wedding reception - everything looked better than we could have imagined!! Right from the start Alison was so helpful, showing us around the show room and walking us through everything, and also ordering in different coloured flowers to match the theme! 100% recommend!!

I run a Wedding floristry business and have recently relocated up to North Yorkshire (from South Yorkshire) as a result of this I have enquired with The UK Wedding Event about attending their Wedding Fairs to reach new clients. I attended my first one yesterday (26/3/24) and had a really positive experience. On booking I was kept up to speed with the details of the day, my emails were promptly replied to and I received a call to discuss the details of the day and my requirements. I was already impressed. Then on the day it was superbly organised and both Rob and Emma were so welcoming. Emma was extremely kind and helped me unload all of my flowers which I was so thankful for. We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. We couldn't recommend Jess enough and will certainly be using Create a Look again in the future.

Jessica was absolutely wonderful! We met Jessica and her mum at a wedding fayre at our venue where there were many other venue stylists too. It was their personalities and honesty which drew us to them and of course their beautiful decor. They were very attentive and recognised us when we saw them again at another wedding fayre which made it feel really personal. Communication in the lead up was timely which put us totally at ease. We loved everything they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone. The decor brought our vision to life and it was everything we could have wished for! The ‘Create A Look’ decor complimented our venue beautifully and the blossom trees provided a perfect canopy for the wedding vows and group photographs. Jess managed to get the green trees for the wedding breakfast just in time and these looked perfect next to the grand wooden fireplace at The Majestic Hotel. Along with the Chiavari chairs and carpet runner for the ceremony and the chair covers and sashes for the wedding breakfast we had the perfect look for our wedding that we had envisaged. Would definitely recommend!
