RSVP Weddings and Events arranged our 20 year anniversary vow renewal recently and it was first class. From the first meeting, Sarah from RSVP was attentive, creative, enthusiastic and friendly. She really ‘got’ my brief and brought it to life in spectacular fashion. Sarah’s attention to detail is spot on and her ideas and suggestions made throughout the planning process made our event so special. On the day of the event, Sarah was at our venue from very early morning ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. Sarah remained at the venue for the whole event, making sure it all ran according to plan. We literally didn’t have to think of anything other than enjoying ourselves. We had so many comments from our guests about how wonderful the event was. The day after the event, RSVP collected all of our things from the venue and brought them back to our house. Wonderful service. I would recommend 100%. A great company, with fantastic values and who really care about your event. We booked Suzy as our venue stylist and we are so glad we did! Suzy is amazingly talented at what she does and managed to transform our somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our venue. Suzy’s passion for her craft is plentiful and I came off every call with her feeling confident and excited for what she was going to create. I was able to completely relax on my wedding morning knowing the venue would look beautiful on my arrival. This in itself was priceless, but on the more practical side of things it was also such a cost and time effective decision as there was no need to source and purchase all our own props for our wedding day. It was also a far more sustainable way to style our wedding as we weren't left with boxes and boxes of wasted items at the end. Booking Suzy was a total no brainer for us and we would 100% recommend her to anyone currently planning a wedding xxx

Working with Suzy was an absolute dream. We planned our destination wedding styling with her from Bermuda. We spoke with her on the phone with a four hour time difference which meant early morning long distance calls to late night conversations squeezing in every detail. Suzy did a wonderful job at bringing our Pinterest board to life. The details and decor were phenomenal and her outstanding communication skills eased every worry that we might have had when planning from afar. She made fantastic recommendations for other suppliers and everything ran smoothly on the day thanks to her. Suzy is personable, easy to talk to and on the big day got to work transforming the space quickly like a magical wizard. Suzy is truly a professional and made sure that the vision we had was executed. As creatives we had high expectations and she far exceeded them. Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Simply I can't recommend Suzy enough, I think it's essential to have a coordinator for this type of wedding, and Suzy delivers the absolute top standard of this, plus you know she's looking at it with a stylist's eye! 100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Rosie is not only an incredibly organised, knowledgeable and professional planner but she’s also an absolute babe. She’s like having a best friend by your side every step of the way who knows all the good tips and tricks. She listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us create the most magical day. She was invaluable in the run up and even more so on the day. It was such a joy to have her as it meant we could just enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. Rosie has been completely amazing throughout the wedding planning process and beyond. She is professional, reliable, proactive, and responsive; I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her! She planned our wedding at Elmore Court in December 2020 and guided us through not only the process itself but also the fact we had to adapt from a 160 person wedding to a micro wedding with 16 people. We met Rosie through family friends who highly recommended her services. After getting engaged in December 2020, mid pandemic, we felt we needed an expert on board to guide us and hold our hand through the wedding planning process. Rosie provided exactly that and more. She took the time to understand our vision, kept a close eye on the budget whilst being personable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We could never have pulled of the wedding without Rosie and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it without her either. She’s worth her weight in gold and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I hired Pastiche to provide entertainment for my cousins 30th Birthday party, and they did not disappoint! From booking communication was excellent, with all questions answered efficiently - in a timely manner. The performers arrived early and were very professional. We cannot recommend Scott from Pastiche enough - he provided the best music, all perfectly timed to keep everyone dancing the night away at our wedding at Alderley Edge Hotel. Everyone commented on how brilliant Scott was and the music he played, he honestly helped us to dance the night away and contributed to the best day of our lives. We (Stevenage Borough Council, Town Centres Department) started working with Pastiche in 2023. We were impressed with the quality of characters provided, and also the interaction and engagement of their team at each of our events. We had Matt for our little boy first birthday. Matt was very brilliant .. got the kids very involved and engaged!! Both adults and kids enjoyed the show. Our little boy had an amazing day 😊. He was very accommodating as well. We highly recommend and would definately book again in the future!!

I cannot recommend Chloe enough. I've had a few balloon stacks from her and each time they have been amazing and just what I wanted for my boys. Chloe is extremely talented and very reliable. The last balloon stack was for my sons birthday beginning of Feb and I only just took them down at the beginning on May! They last ages and look fab!
