I cannot rate this company highly enough. Kayleigh is just wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with her on our wedding journey. She is warm, friendly and really helpful. The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision. We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout. If you are looking for a professional, friendly, reliable service, definitely consider Pretty Events Co.

I would highly recommend the Pretty Events Company. Kayleigh was a delight to deal with as we planned our wedding. We really didn’t have much of a clue about event dressing so Kayleigh met us at the wedding venue (The Vines) and gave us some great ideas and inspiration. Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. My wife and I knew we needed a lot of help in planning our wedding because of the huge number of guests we were expecting so we interviewed several planners but Once we met Blessing we knew immediately she was the one to help plan our wedding. She was beyond helpful throughout the planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was no question she couldn't answer. She also helped to get the best and most affordable wedding vendors for us. On our wedding day she was everywhere solving every problem and making the day perfect. Also the wedding decorations she setup for the hall were absolutely beautiful to the point where people were coming up to my wife to ask for Blessing's contact details. After the wedding she stayed forever making sure every last item was packed up. I'm telling you there's nothing Blessing didn't do. She has truly become family and words aren't enough to recommend her enough. If I could I would actually have another wedding (with my wife of course) just to experience the magic of Blé.

What a Blessing she was! She handled everything exceptionally well from the ceremony to the reception and kept me calm throughout the day. There was nothing she could not do, timely and professional from start to finish my wedding day ran smoothly and she was always on hand to assist me if I needed anything from her. Blessing coordinated my wedding day in May 2018, from finalising the decorations of our reception, to understanding our wishes for the day, making our delicious wedding cake and finally making it all happen by contacting the suppliers and providing a schedule. My husband and I can not thank Blessing enough for making our wedding day so special and so well managed co-ordinated. Blessing is an amazing Event Planner / Designer. She has excellent organisational skills, is very professional and has a large range of contacts which is a must when planning a wedding. Blessing supported us in choosing the wedding venue, wedding attire including my dress, photographer, music, catering, flowers and hair and make up. In addition, she assisted us in negotiating prices with suppliers. The investment in a wedding planner was the best decision we ever made. We had a fantastic stress free day and Blessing was with us from start to finish. All our guests were very complimentary of the service provided by Blessing. I found Aidan from the wedding awards website and I instantly loved his style and quality of his films. And he did not disappoint. He is so easy to work with but most importantly his work is amazing. He captured our day so beautifully and we’ve had so many compliments. It’s so lovely to get the trailer and then you get so much more down the line. I would highly highly recommend him. Even my husband who did not want a videographer to begin with was so happy we did and he has watched the videos more than me!

We got married at Chilston Park Hotel on 25th October 2024 and we chose Aidan to be our videographer for the day, as we loved the look of his work we saw on instagram. Aidan definitely did not disappoint! The quality of our videos is absolutely fantastic - they are so professional and capture every aspect of our day so beautifully. We chose to have the 90-minute documentary film, which we would definitely recommend, as it allows you to see all the different parts of your day properly. You don’t realise how much of the day you don’t see! As well as this, Aidan did an 8-minute highlights film, a trailer, 90 minutes of the dance floor, the full ceremony, and all the speeches. We felt this was very good value for money, especially as videos are so professional. The use of the drone gave us the most incredible shots of our venue, and the way Aidan used music at certain points was absolutely stunning. He cut parts of the speeches over various shots, which worked really well. The way the highlights and documentary films were put together felt like they were telling our story. We had a couple of calls with Aidan beforehand and it was evident from the videos that he really listened to what we wanted. For us, it was very important to have all family members captured properly and Aidan did this so well. When we watched the videos with our families, they commented that they didn’t even realise Aidan was there - he is just so good at what he does! On the wedding day, Aidan made us feel so relaxed and at ease, nothing felt stilted or forced. We honestly cannot recommend Aidan enough, you will not find a better videographer!

My partner and I choose Sian for “on-the-day” co-ordination for our Civil Partnership Reception. I had the time to do a lot of the party planning myself but very soon realised that I would need help in the run up to the reception and on the day. I am so glad I found Sian to do this for me. She is super organised, a great communicator, has loads of energy and lots of experience and ideas. She had worked with our venue before which was a bonus. Sian also found a great DJ for us who was exactly right for the age group of our guests. It was great to know there was someone in the background if I needed any advice in the lead up to the party. Sian also managed all the supplier co-ordination during the week before our big day which gave me much needed down time. I hadn’t realised how important this would be. On the day she made sure everything ran smoothly and was always on hand if we needed anything. If you are looking for a top-notch wedding co-ordinator – look no further.

On Saturday I had the pleasure of working as the celebrant for Amy and Alex’s wedding, with Sian from Busy Brides Wedding Planners, and I must say what a joy it was. Prior to Amy and Alex’s wedding, Sian contacted me and other vendors, introducing herself and setting out detailed but easy to follow information about the day. She provided maps as to where to park, passes for the vendors for easy parking, and a schedule for the days event. Upon my arrival she took time away from her busy schedule to show me around and to introduce me to the venue staff who would coordinate the music. We had an informal briefing to ensure everyone was singing from the same hymn sheet with regards to entrance music, certificate signing and the bride and groom exiting the room. It was seamless!! Sian took the time to assist me with the positioning of the ceremony area for the best pictures and even took some pictures for me in preparation. The day ran so smoothly. I must say it was a delight to work with her and I hope there will be future events that we can collaborate with. Thank you very much

What can i say..... Herons Park is a beautiful venue for any occassion, weddings, christenings or a good old knees up. I recently had my Anniversary party at Herons Park, we had it set up like a wedding as we missed out on our wedding photos. We were able to have lots of vintage games out on the lawn, along with two vintage caravans. We also hired the childrens play room just in case the weather was bad, luckily for us the weather was amazing, with a beautiful sunset setting over one of their lakes. The hall and bar is beautiful, and the bar staff are fantastic. Hannah is one of the owners of Herons Park, and she was just simply amazing. From the 1st time we met, she was friendly and welcoming, answered all of my questions and gave me a guided tour of the lakes and venue. On the day Hannah was making sure our afternoon and evening went to plan, and i didnt have to worry about anything. All of my guests said how lovely Hannah and the venue was, and that we will probably make it a yearly family get together. At the end of the night most of us just staggered over to the camp site and crashed untill the morning. A great added extra to a great afternoon and evening. Thank you so much Hannah. Xxx

I hosted my engagement party at Edenwood Place and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out! From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. I wanted an outdoor party with Ibiza vibes, and that’s exactly what I got! The venue is absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One of the things I loved most was how flexible and accommodating the venue was. I was able to get into the space before the event to set up and arrange everything the way I wanted it. The staff also offered great suggestions and helped me with the setup, making sure every detail was covered. Throughout the day, they made sure I was having the best time along with my guests. It was clear they were dedicated to making this celebration special. The entire event ran smoothly, and the atmosphere was exactly what I had hoped for. I also hired Jordan Hill DJ, one of their recommended suppliers, and he did not disappoint! He had everyone on the dance floor all day long. His setups include a dance floor, selfie stations, giant LED Love Letters and stunning lighting. I also had Alex Rimell Saxophonist who was incredible and made the party just perfect! I’ve had so many guests tell me that it was the best party they’ve ever been to!

I host a monthly evening networking event at Edenwood Place called The Rookie CEO and I always complimented on how nice the venue is! The staff always go above and beyond to make sure the event runs smoothly and completely take the stress off my hands. The catering is fantastic and the bar staff are always super friendly. If you are looking for a party venue - can't recommend this place highly enough! We used it for our daughter's 30th and it was perfect, great decor, safe for all ages (doormen included) The donut wall went down a treat! The food, as recommended by the venue, was delicious. All staff were super helpful, even provided us with candles for the cake as we'd forgotten them!!
