Winterborne were absolutely brilliant and so helpful throughout our wedding journey. They decorated our ladders with faux plants, and the results were stunning—the photos speak for themselves. We received so many compliments, and you honestly couldn’t tell the plants were artificial. In the lead-up, the team was incredibly supportive. They ensured everything was set up quickly, allowing us to move on with the rest of the decorations without feeling rushed. They even offered additional staff to help with other decorative elements, which was such a kind gesture. We just can’t recommend Winterborne enough!

Absolutely fantastic job from Winterborne Hire & Styling! We rented some beautiful table decorations and flower pillars that complimented our wedding venue perfectly.They have a great range of items in their showroom and Dawn was so helpful and patient in taking through what items to choose. They are very professional and coordinated directly with the venue and had a delivery option making it seamless and efficient (one less thing for me to worry about!). Highly recommend :)

We used Winterborne Hire & Styling for our wedding at Abbots Court and couldn’t have been happier with the service provided! From the first visit to the styling barn with Dawn right up until the wedding day itself and after the event, Dawn was on hand to help with any questions we had. We opted to set the venue decorations up ourselves the day prior to the wedding and this was made so easy as the beautiful arches were set up for us and the rest of the items we ordered came in extremely organised boxes which saved a lot of time. We were so pleased with how Dawn helped our vision come to life and thoroughly recommend Winterborne to anybody looking for a styling service. Thank you so much for making our wedding so beautiful! We hired Winterborne Hire & Styling for our wedding in July and honestly it was the easiest, best decision we made for our big day! Dawn was so helpful and understood our vision the entire process. Katie was everything we could have wanted - from decor to logistics - she helped make our wedding day look as special as it felt! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the day. Katie is and has been an absolute dream. She took our mad ramblings and vision and turned it into absolute perfection, our wedding day was exquisite. Her talent for venue styling and floristry is utterly incredible. Our flowers, not just our bouquets but also the general venue flowers, were simply stunning, she absolutely nailed the colour theme. It was better than we could have even imagined. There were so many comments on the day about how beautiful the venue looked. Not only this but Katie provided us with wedding planning services too. As we were so far away this was invaluable. We knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble, and our late night/panicked emails and messages were met with nothing but love and enthusiasm. She provided a much needed sense of calm when the inevitable wedding stress and worry took over. No words can actually do Katie's work, or how much she has meant to us over the past 18 months, justice.

The styling on the actual day itself was amazing. Flowers and decorations were stunning and Katie always found clever ways to move and re-use the flowers etc to enhance every stage of the day without being wasteful! When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. When we were ready to resume the wedding plans, Georgia was able to work us back into her schedule. We spent the next year and half planning our dream European adventure. Georgia was the perfect planner for us. She took all of our initial requirements (location, airport proximity, historical property, handicap accessibility) and found the perfect venue. Georgia managed every detail and vendor throughout the entire process, culminating in the best weekend of our lives. From sourcing local Flamanco dancers for the welcome party, to scheduling and planning site visits and tastings, to the carefully thoughout stationary, Georgia and the Matthew Oliver team took care of everything to insure that we had the best time with our guests. We cannot thank Georgia and the team enough for providing us with a weekend full of laughs, friendships, and memories that we'll cherish for the rest of our lives.

The strength of the Matthew Oliver team is their relationships, which when it comes to weddings, is one of the most important qualities for a wedding planner. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. They were extremely resourceful when it came to all of our wild requests— they found a way each time to execute our vision. Lastly, what you find is that you spend most of your time with your wedding planners and vendors during the wedding and planning process. You definitely want to like these people during such an important moment. We are lucky to still call Matthew, Bertie and team our friends and they will definitely be in our lives forever!

My Husband and I had a bit of a chaotic start to wedding planning, starting without a wedding planner we booked a venue that fell through and were totally in over our heads. Then my TikTok algorithm presented me with Georgia, and I'm so glad it did. After Georgia scoured three different countries (for months), we then decided to have the wedding five minutes away from our home in Scotland- she didn't show one ounce of frustration. Admittedly, we were worried this was a bit less glamorous than the venues the MO team were used to but Georgia's priority is for her clients to have the wedding that is perfect for them. Georgia was professional, kind and patient through the many, many renditions of our wedding. Not only did she save the day, in the end she planned something that felt so intimate, personal and perfect for us. Georgia worked seamlessly with all of our vendors throughout the planning process, kept us on track with what we needed to be doing and was there to lend an ear if we ever felt overwhelmed. On the weekend of the wedding Georgia and her team (Bertie and Danny) were everywhere at once, they ensured the whole weekend ran exactly to plan. They worked tirelessly, but with smiling faces, they didn't show it. They are all brilliant and there wasn't a single guest who didn't mention how fantastic they were. The ability to plan an event down to such fine detail and yet maintain a sense of complete calm is a skill that should not be undervalued. The decor was stunning. Everyone complimented the set up of the ceremony room and how lovely the reception tables were. The Photo Booth was a massive hit with everyone. The chocolate foundation was good and the children loved it, as well as the sweet cart. Communication was good and always available for any queries.

We booked our wedding plans well in advance of the current pandemic for 2021 and found Sweet Forrest to provide us with decoration for the venue. Unfortunately, due the pandemic we had to rethink our big day and Sarah at Sweet Forrest was absolutely marvellous to us. She made the whole process very easy, has been very supportive to us and completely professional. When cancelling our plans, Sarah offered us a refund without any hesitation and processed this instantly. Shillingstone House is a charming old country manor house with a lovely setting ideal for weddings. We went with an art group to paint "Plein Air". The gardens were full of colour with interesting plants for botanical studies. The kitchen garden was delightful in its assortment of plants and blooms. The house itself is full of charming architectural angles and loads of character and makes for a great artistic opportunity to capture its charm. There are beautiful old trees and lovely wide lawns, the host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating.

A beaming bride reviewing..... I cannot begin to thank Caroline and Michael enough for letting myself and Rufus have our wedding day at Shillingstone House, not only was the day itself so magical and joyous in their beautiful grounds, but the lead up to the day was fantastic. Caroline was extremely helpful and really took the time to understand what we wanted for the day and liaised with suppliers beforehand to help the day run smoothly. It's amazing that you can hire the grounds Friday -Sunday, it made decorating a really relaxing and enjoyable task as we had the whole day Friday to set up the site. I really loved Caroline's blog on her website as it was a great way to draw inspiration and again, I could see all the love and care she put into people's weddings days. Shillingstone House definitely doesn't feel like a wedding venue where you are on a conveyor belt and just a number- the whole day felt so personal. We are so so grateful that we got to have our wedding at Shillingstone House, our guests loved the beautiful fields and sensational flowers, there really was beauty everywhere you turned! We had my nieces tipi wedding at this stunning setting. Lord and lady Caroline made us feel so welcome. They seamlessly helped with the little bits behind the scenes to make a very perfect wedding weekend. Having already done a tipi wedding five years previously. Western Marquees provided the decorations for my wedding reception at the Cerne Abbas Village Hall. The standard of the decorations was great. David came with the team and installed everything promptly and the morning after the event packed everything down just as quickly. The hall was completely transformed and looked beautiful. Amanda was very easy to talk to and organise the event over the phone, her advice on decorations were invaluable. I'd happily recommend western marquees for furnishing any event you may have.

Great service. The marquee was perfect, the options are plentiful. The team helped with layout suggestions and helped to ensure we did not miss anything. They provided great tables, linen, toilets, generator and much more. There was an issue the day before that wasn’t anyone’s fault with one of the flushers to the toilet. Without a moments hesitation, one of the staff was on site to figure out the issue and fix it. They take the stress away from the lead up to the wedding which helps to make the day more enjoyable. Can’t recommend enough.

I was very lucky to have won the Canvas and Dreams competition; which meant I was able to choose from one of their packages. I went for the Cinema Package, so I could have an outdoor cinema experience with some of my friends. The service this company provided was absolutely amazing. The set up was very quick. They were very friendly and even added special touches, such as marshmallows, sweets and popcorn. The interior was lovely and comfortable. Blankets and seating enough for all of my friends. The sound system was very very good and had a wide selection of movies to choose from. They even left an instruction book, incase we got stuck with anything. All of my friends, myself and even my children absolutely loved the cinema experience. Collection was also very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for an outdoor cinema experience or something special for a kids birthday or any special occasion. I booked the pink sleepover igloo dome for my teenage daughter and her two friends, it was even cuter in real life than the pics I saw on Instagram, little lanterns, fluffy rugs and glittery pillows. Emma was really helpful and patient with me fussing about dates and the weather. It was put up perfectly and it definitely had the wow factor! I loved not having to think about anything, from bedding to projector set up, it was all done for me, such a treat! Would totally recommend, and if I can book with canvas and dreams again in the future I will.

Emma and her business is incredible! Her response time for start was second to none. I used canvas and dreams for my cousins birthday back in May, and had such a fab experience I knew I had to use her again for my dads surprise 60th Disco The second Emma arrived to my house we greeted with a big hug and even though storm Bert came and changed us being able to have a marquee, Emma kept calm and decorated the house like a professional venue. I usually do it but it was so nice to spend time on other parts than the main organising. I have attached photos below and next time I have an event, I will 100% be contacting Emma again :) 10/10
