I was initially disappointed with these vets, I've been using them for 15 years now and it used to be the best vets for miles when it was just Guy, but now they seem to have expanded and the customer care no longer exists. Initially was upset with the front office staff as
I was quoted 2 different prices for the same product on two different calls, plus told I had an outstanding balance which I didn't. However I'm now changing my review as on Saturday Maxine called and sorted everything out for me, and today Caroline has called to apologise for the issues I had, so they have completely restored my faith and they are the best vets in the area still... thanks

We love this practice! Everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful. They are always on the end of the phone for advice, never push treatments and seem to genuinely love my 2 dogs! Thank you!
