My cat Roxy recently had major surgery and the care has been brilliant. Communication and advice given the about the best treatment has been of a high standard. All the staff are kind and professional.

Went for a check up for my cat. Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. The vet and nurse were knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for looking after my little horror.

This is my only experience of vets in the UK, but my cat has been with this practice since I got him 3 years ago and they’ve always been great. Easy to book or get urgent appointment if needed. Vet is always someone different but they’re all lovely. Would recommend!

I couldn’t speak more highly of this vet practice. They were brilliant with my cat and all of the receptionist and veterinary staff were incredibly empathetic, patient and supportive when I had to say goodbye to him, despite me being a new client at the clinic. In my experience, they were very reasonably priced, especially for central London and I can confidently say the service is well worth the money. Emma, the vet who delivered the euthanasia, even went out of her way to take my beloved cats paw prints and post them to me along with a condolence card afterwards, which I cannot express how thankful I was for. I would highly recommend this vet, especially to other cat owners.
