And like the other vets charged loads of money from my son! Was told all sort of different issues! It should of been followed up with them but never did! We left the service ! Lovely vet, wait is just extremely long. It’s unfortunate when you’ve been given a set time and they actually see you way after. Luckily I had nothing to do that day :(

Excellent service. Vets go above and beyond and really care for the animals. The amount of work they do in one day is just crazy I take my hats off to them. Yes there sometimes a wait but that happens any where they are kind understanding caring and helpful and that sadly is not everywhere.

I am so grateful to their services. I wouldn't be able afford to take my cat to another vet. I do give donations whatever I can manage but their services are priceless. It is a shame that it's CEO doesn't give enough to the people who give real service and care to pets.

I took a cat I'd found sadly on the side of the road on a walk to them at the weekend and they very kindly took it in without question. One of the other vets in South Croydon had refused to help but PDSA kindly did it without question - they even took the time to write down where the poor thing was found so I knew they actually cared about scanning it for the potential owner. Really friendly and professional team.
