I have nothing but praise for all the staff that work here. My dog was very poorly and eventually diagnosed with hepatitis. The care everyone showed from the front reception team to the nurses and vets was fantastic and I cannot say thank you enough. They looked after him like he was one of their own. Thank you so much to you all. I am truly grateful.

Absolutely fantastic. My cat - ok, my demon-spawn from the deepest pits of hell - has availed himself of all facilities recently over a two-week period, from midnight emergency all the way through to surgery. And he's bitten everybody along the way and now my number seems to be blocked. Odd... All the staff could not have been kind enough and went waaaaay beyond, including trying all other practices for emergency surgery then lovely Lucy rejigged her own busy schedule just for His Fatship's bit of a sore willy. And they tell you comforting stories when you ring at 3am to see how Ikkle Preshus is doing; "happily sedated and snuggled up with his bunny" actually means "despite enough fun meds to floor a rhino he somehow escaped his kennel trailing the IV, have chased him fourteen times round the entire hospital and he's now velcroed to the ceiling spitting ballistic rage and suddenly everyone is too busy to help the night nurse assist the epileptic cactus back to safety. Ours. And we hadn't even opened the door." Dat's ma boy, I am proud. AND he got a Cone of Doooooom and claw-clip for free, can't imagine why. He's turned the cone into an agent of biological warfare and his post-op checks have been carried out from behind safety-glass (and in a bunker) but Fluffikins is restored to normalcy. Ok, lunacy. The Cone has now become a fully evolved life-form so I now have two pets with far too many teeth, an ASBO each and yet another court case pending. I have called it Ethel. AND got the crimbo desecrations sorted: Achievement Unlocked. Thanks all. He's a nutjob but he's my nutjob. You could not have been better. Polly (and Loki Borkface Cholmondeley-Haugh. He's called that for good reason!) And scuse mess in background - I am trapped in spare room with this maniac and he's turning it into the Swamps of Dagoba. I think that might be their revenge...

Always receive a friendly welcome from the reception staff when we arrive . The separate reception areas provide a calm waiting area which helps when you have a nervous dog. The availability of appointments is great and as they are 24 hours a day , I don’t have to go elsewhere if we need to use the out of hours service. The vets are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain any treatments or procedures, providing a break down of costs too.

Sunninghill veterinary centre has always given us fantastic service. Our cat is quite anxious and has a sensitive stomach they have always been very helpful and caring when it comes to his care and always give us a range of options recommending the cheaper option to try first but at the same always leaving the choice with us. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for everything you do.

We have used Sunninghill Veterinary Surgery for many years and have treated our pets from the small rodents to our dog. We have always found them to be very professional and caring towards both the pets and the humans.

Registered with sunninghill vets as recently moved into the area and my cat was really struggling with the changes. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and the vet I saw was so understanding and recommended supplements and advice to get my cat back to normal ( which she finally is 🙌) . The receptionist was also really friendly and am so happy I have such a good veterinary centre close by. I cannot thank you enough!

I moved to sunningdale over the summer and, following a recommendation from my new neighbour, registered my three cats with Sunninghill Vets. I’ve had cause to make three visits since I arrived and can’t fault the practice. Everyone from receptionist to vet nurse and vets have been friendly, empathic and practically helpful. Can’t recommend enough

I am really sad now because I have move ok not to far away, but because my cat sky doesn't like travelling, even though its only 20 minutes away, it makes her panic So I can't really use my most caring reliable understanding, veterinary service in Egham I wouldn't think twice about ringing them if my cat sky needed a vet in a emergency. these vets are fantastic - and i didn't need to actually visit them! had a poorly rabbit last week, and as requested they gave me liquid food over the phone with no fuss. at no point were they pushing me to come in or buy to anything, only concerned if he didn't improve to visit. when we did book eventually, he picked up overnight and they were genuinely happy to hear that he had improved. all with no fuss or 'scare tactics' and then they cancelled the appointment for us. fab people, who actually care about the animals rather than the income :)

It couldn’t have been smoother nor friendlier! As a first time pet owner and first vet visit, the vet was friendly, informative & reassuring. The reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable & super helpful. They went above & beyond in helping me get my kitten and her pets at home shopping back to my car, I was so grateful!!

Absolutely amazing care for my elderly cat. The entire vet staff are so passionate about the animals and extremely accommodating. Twice now, they have made room for my elderly cat when she's not been doing too great! Ive called them up, and they've slotted me in the same day. They've made the time to see her!

First time visiting Kingswood vets after switching from another local vets. Super friendly vet who was fantastic with our nervous cat Stanley.. Reception is lovely and clean and spacious and the receptionist was really helpful and friendly too. Really impressed.

after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

Always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — very lucky to have you as our local vets! We even had to use the emergency night service on one occasion, and they were so prompt and efficient.

Unfortunately we had to put our lovely black labrador down. However, the service, sympathy and empathy shown by this practice was second to none. They tried their very best for our boy but was not meant to be. However I would highly recommend them as professional.

Went in today for my cat's check-up, and we met Hazel. Another really lovely vet, lovely to chat with; we went through my cat's history, change of lifestyle etc, and everything went great. Had my cat's initial assessment/health-check today plus medication for fleas and worms. All of the staff that I met are really lovely and understanding (unfortunately my boy had an accident on the way there; they gave me things to help clean him up AND his carry case/bag). Shout out to Emma on reception who helped me find their surgery after I found out that the one I drove to initially had closed down completely, and helped make sure someone was on hand for when I arrived, and another shout out to Juliana, my boy's new vet. Extremely patient, understanding, and empathic. She really helped calm me down as well after all of the stress of the journey, and was both very thorough AND loving to my boy! The Pets Club is also an incredible scheme, and I'm so glad I joined. I have total peace of mind for any further visits that might be required in the future.
