My cat was treated by this clinic for ten years, and I cannot fault the service and care she received in any way. The staff have all been wonderful. I have to especially thank Dawn and Allison, who have always been so kind and helpful, giving me advice over the phone and being friendly and supportive at the clinic itself. Being a young pet owner, it was very reassuring to have such a great team to rely on. I knew my cat was in good hands here through her whole life, and would happily bring future pets to the Ickenham clinic if I wasn't moving away.
I took both kittens to the vets Marley had a kitten check and worming treatment which he decided we could all share with him. Hugo had his 2 Nd injection today. The vet was very understanding when Marley attacked her and cut her finger. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Always a friendly and professional service. Been going to Ickenham for years and glad to see the continuity returned with regular vets, rather than locum cover.Their Mandeville hospital is excellent too.
Bayo, Dawn and Alison were super helpful. Teddy was well looked after and the whole experience was a pleasure.
