Amazing vets, they have been great with our puppy. They were able to offer us a emergency appointment with a few hours when we had a problem. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough to make you and your pet feel comfortable.

I cannot praise Beech House Vet and their team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my chihuahua Sophie throughout her life. Receiving a thoughtful card from them after Sophie passed away was greatly appreciated and demonstrates the dedication to their fury patients and their owners. Thank you

Lovely vet practise, really recommend it. Giles genuinely cares. He just did an animal health cert for us to take our dog abroad, he had clearly put a lot of effort in to it to get it right (they’re v tricky!), was really well organised. He gives good advice and obviously knows his stuff!

Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

We’ve been coming to this practice for about a year now. All the staff at this practice go above and beyond every single time to help. A very special thanks to Vet Surgeon Ana De Brito who is professional, absolutely brilliant as a vet and as a person, kind and caring and always does her best to help Arnie. We have always been accommodated whenever we needed an appointment even at a short notice. All staff are very nice, kind and approachable. I am very grateful that this is the vet practice that is looking after us - thank you for all your help to date 😻🐾

Very kind when I lost my rescue dog end of last year.and Very good with my other rescue who finds trips to the vet upsetting changed vets last year on reccomendation so glad I did would reccomend them .recently got another rescue who has yet to take her first trip to vet ,but I know they are always there for advice and support.

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. David has been our vet for over 15 years and during that time has always given the highest level of care to our pets. David and his wife, Senka, provide a mobile veterinary service which was invaluable to us during Covid. They now have new premises in Epsom, where they recently treated our very nervous cat. David and Senka were incredibly professional and patient, ensuring our cat felt comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment. We would highly recommend Bradbury Veterinary Care.

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Vet station. We live over an hour away but had been recommended by a friend to visit them as our Labrador has some serious leg issues. Vanessa is an excellent orthopaedic surgeon and have given a beautiful Keira Nothing but the most amazing care. The entire team is friendly helpful and nothing is ever too much. I would highly recommend them, even if you’re not local the care for your family member is not about a distance but a skill level and they certainly have it ! 5* You’ve now been using this practice since Just after they opened and use them for everything for our dog now .

Hi my name is Rosalind , yesterday we had our first visit to the Vet Station , I have 3 dogs Russell he’s a very good boy & a beautiful Saluki , then there’s Ivore ( mini Yorkshire terrier) & Margot she’s a mini pincher , All the staff we met yesterday were so friendly & I had a really nice visit , all 3 dogs felt comfortable, at one point Ivore was wagging his tail . A very nice atmosphere and we had a really great visit and I’m so glad we found them, all 3 are on the fire plan . I’m so pleased with The Vet Station ❤️🐾🐾🐾

The most friendly and welcoming vet that we know! Having just moved to the UK thus having to find a new vet for our two year old pup, our nerves were comforted right at the front door of this cheerful clinic. The facilities are clean, experts are incredibly friendly, and the complementary consultation by Ellie was so kind & thorough. We feel further supported by joining their wellness plan for our pup and being part of their community. Thank you so much for an incredible establishment! (PS: plenty of parking in the back!)

We recently moved to the Vet Station after a bad experience elsewhere. It was a big decision as Tilly is 11 years old and a very nervous dog. Tilly was feeling very under the weather and when I called up the receptionist was lovely and arranged an appointment straight away. Dr Ellie was very good with Tilly, and was very reassuring. The next day Tilly came in for further evaluation and got to meet Dr Vanessa. Again it was all about Tilly and I had no hesitation I was leaving Tilly in capable hands. Great communication throughout the day which was great for a nervous mummy! Thank you to the whole team .

Amazing Vet practice. Vanessa is a one off and a real Supervet. She combines exceptional expertise and skill with a genuine empathy for pets and their owners. The people at PetDoctors Fetcham are fantastic. I had an appointment for my hamster the next day when I called. The appointment was at 1230. The vet saw my hamster, walked me through possible next steps and then actually put him under, performed a procedure, brought him back round and talked me through the aftercare and everything. All this start to finish was no more than an hour. Incredible skill and service. And my hamster is happy as a clam now.

My first time using this practice was an emergency appointment for my very poorly Cat. They were able to fit us in quickly. The vet was kind and very respectful of my poor cat who sadly had to be put to sleep. The rest of the staff could not have been more compassionate and I was offered various options for cremation etc. I won't hesitate to use this practice again if my other Cat should ever need it.

Amazing experience. I was nervous taking my new noisy rescue dog to the vet for the first time. I needn’t have worried. The calm and caring receptionist/veterinary nurse, Emma, was welcoming, calm and reassuring. We were seen by the veterinarian - Dr Hardman, in a timely fashion, who was able to assess my hound quickly and without causing him ( or me) stress or discomfort. So pleased I chose an independent veterinarian who prides themselves on excellent customer service. My dog voted with his wagging tail, I’m sure yours will too.

We’ve had excellent care over the past 24hours. Seen as an emergency on a Sunday morning with an injured dog paw. Bettie was so calm, caring and very patient with my anxious and in pain cockerpoo. She was thorough yet kept the distress to a minimum and ensured pain relief was working before attempting a more detailed exam. My dog needed surgery. This was prompt with immediate feedback and reassurance on the day that all was well. We have follow up dressings planned and because my dog is very sensitive and the dressing will be painful we have been given stronger medication to administer prior to this check up. Pricing is fare, and we used our insurance for this episode. We’ve been with Maven for over 20 years with various animals and always had very good care and seen lovely vets. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Malvern looked after our little boy all of his life and always got him the best care even referring him to the best specialists. He had a hard life because he had complex heath issues and his life was prolonged because of the care he received all the way to his final moments. We will always be grateful for the care he received and we would like to give a special mention to Chris who looked after Champ from the beginning until the end. Nothing was ever too much for him even changing his diary around so he could look after him/ try and save him. Chris really cared about Champ and Champ was fond of Chris.
