Castle Vets have help me sort out my claim for Poppy, they dealt with everything that was needed. The staff are always friendly and polite and offer their services if needed
I was worried about immunisation for puppies as my vet couldn't do this until into January The vet Sophie sorted that out on the day I rang and made the appointment very pleasant I will be seeing her again with my other dogs
I love taking my girls to Castle Vets, the staff are very attentive and give my girly dogs lots of attention.
Both ladies have had surgeries through this practice and the aftercare is first-rate. The receptionist Judith is especially caring and gives my girls a big fuss everything she sees them.
I can’t recommend high enough.
Amazing service!! Our poodle 'Jake' suddenly had a life threatening twisted stomach so they dropped everything for the day and saved his life. I can't thank the entire team enough, especially Jacob.. Thanks guys
