Was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment when I needed one straight after Christmas, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good vet practice. They had a lack of staff a while ago but have now built back up again. The main vet, Jason, is excellent and very attentive. They also have some nice people on reception who are always happy to give the dogs a treat if we are passing.
Thank you so much to Meryl - she was exceptional in dealing with the sad situation with me cat, Charlie. She was calm, kind, confident, patient, compassionate and clear - just the qualities needed in the circumstances. Thank you.
I love going to Medivet in Ashtead as they are so caring and helpful. I recently had to have one of my cats put down and I was treated so caringly and sensitively. Always a friendly smile and conversation and mmy pets are well looked after.
