We have been clients of Yew Tree Veterinary Centre for over 25 years. This is our first visit following the changes and our first consultation with Lizzie. She was warm, friendly and professional and handled our dog beautifully. Lizzie explained clearly and concisely what was good and where improvements could be made. She gave us some very positive recommendations and suggestions which we have immediately started to implement already. It's a great feeling to trust your vet.

They have looked after my pets for 20 years and are very caring about them. They’ve even picked them up for treatment and brought them home after when I had no transportation. I can’t rate them highly enough. 5 stars are not enough they deserve 10!

Very helpful yesterday in an emergency. We weren't registered with them but it was no problem and they swiftly obtained our dogs notes. Our normal vet practice had no vet and their suggestion was miles away 😞 Very pleased with Yew Tree Vets, highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Yew Tree Veterinary Services in Cranleigh for such a long time. They looked (look) after 6 of my 7 cats, twins and triplets among them. I can’t praise them highly enough for their collective skills, experience and wonderful way with animals.

An incredible vet practice full of caring people who clearly love animals . From Andrea the welcoming, calm, friendly & professional receptionist; and right up to Senior vet David - whose goal is to use his professional skills in the best way possible - healing and caring for his furry clients. Not driven by high costs, they obviously need to make a profit but their charges are fair. I can't see any of our 3 fur balls going anywhere else. Simply, just "thank you". Yvette - and ok f course Kristoff, Kyra & Chesney.

My two lovely rabbits were spayed and neutered at Farnham Veterinary Hospital. My rabbits were well cared for and the surgeries were a success. Everyone we have met at the hospital has a genuine interest in the pets they care for. Thank you

I have nothing but praise for all the staff that work here. My dog was very poorly and eventually diagnosed with hepatitis. The care everyone showed from the front reception team to the nurses and vets was fantastic and I cannot say thank you enough. They looked after him like he was one of their own. Thank you so much to you all. I am truly grateful.

Always receive a friendly welcome from the reception staff when we arrive . The separate reception areas provide a calm waiting area which helps when you have a nervous dog. The availability of appointments is great and as they are 24 hours a day , I don’t have to go elsewhere if we need to use the out of hours service. The vets are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain any treatments or procedures, providing a break down of costs too.

Absolutely fantastic. My cat - ok, my demon-spawn from the deepest pits of hell - has availed himself of all facilities recently over a two-week period, from midnight emergency all the way through to surgery. And he's bitten everybody along the way and now my number seems to be blocked. Odd... All the staff could not have been kind enough and went waaaaay beyond, including trying all other practices for emergency surgery then lovely Lucy rejigged her own busy schedule just for His Fatship's bit of a sore willy. And they tell you comforting stories when you ring at 3am to see how Ikkle Preshus is doing; "happily sedated and snuggled up with his bunny" actually means "despite enough fun meds to floor a rhino he somehow escaped his kennel trailing the IV, have chased him fourteen times round the entire hospital and he's now velcroed to the ceiling spitting ballistic rage and suddenly everyone is too busy to help the night nurse assist the epileptic cactus back to safety. Ours. And we hadn't even opened the door." Dat's ma boy, I am proud. AND he got a Cone of Doooooom and claw-clip for free, can't imagine why. He's turned the cone into an agent of biological warfare and his post-op checks have been carried out from behind safety-glass (and in a bunker) but Fluffikins is restored to normalcy. Ok, lunacy. The Cone has now become a fully evolved life-form so I now have two pets with far too many teeth, an ASBO each and yet another court case pending. I have called it Ethel. AND got the crimbo desecrations sorted: Achievement Unlocked. Thanks all. He's a nutjob but he's my nutjob. You could not have been better. Polly (and Loki Borkface Cholmondeley-Haugh. He's called that for good reason!) And scuse mess in background - I am trapped in spare room with this maniac and he's turning it into the Swamps of Dagoba. I think that might be their revenge...

Have had to use their Emergency Veterinary services twice with our house rabbits and they have been excellent both times. They are caring, understanding and knowledgeable, which is hugely important when it comes to bunnies tummy issues! Zero hesitation in recommending them.

Not sure why these marvellous people have had some poor reviews. My cat Brambles was struck by a car (we think) just before christmas. Bleeding profusely from his head and chest but my own vet was closed. Called and was put through to Rene the vet. She advised triage and we brought Brambles in. Rushed him straight into an operating theatre and patched him up. He was in for a couple of days but survived. You should have seen the delight on my children's faces when he came home. It's good to know these guys are available 24/7 when your own vet is closed. Thankyou Rene and the team.

Just before Christmas, we went on a walk by the Thames with our very curious young Labradoodle who we thought had 'only' ingested part of human feces he happened upon in underbrush, which is bad enough. Around 1 AM, he looked intoxicated, was confused, and could not stand up properly. Pretty scary to see. It crossed my mind he'd ended up with drugs in his system, but how does one know which one and how serious it is for sure? I am so thankful that NSVS also provide advice on the phone when it is unclear whether urgent care is needed (it wasn't in the end, thankfully). To be able to discuss a borderline situation in the middle of the night with a knowledgeable and empathetic veterinarian was so helpful and appreciated. We have used NSVS in the past for a cat and they have never let us down when it counts most. Many thanks to the lady who listened to me for ten minutes that night and provided excellent advice. Our Labradoodle soon made a full recovery.
