Fantastic surgery, was able to get last minute appointment. Sadly it was for the best that my cat had to be put to sleep, staff explained throughly all options and was caring and supportive during this awful time. I left the surgery knowing it was the right decision for my cat.
Jess and Jasmine were very caring and supportive today with our 14 yo Cavalier, Mollie. She is now nearing end of life and struggling with her health, but the pragmatism shown by Jess in how to treat Mollie is refreshing and quite heart warming; not the same experience we have had with one of the more usual conglomerate veterinary outfits. Give Goddard a go, if you are experiencing similar with one of the big 6 outfits.
Unfortunately we had our dog put to sleep here in July. The vet was extremely thorough in helping us and talking us through the procedure and the choices of after care. He was sympathetic and let myself and family enough time with her both before and after.
We just love it there.. always on time! Always quick and easy, doing great job! We recently moving out of Lndn but allready decieed to coming back here :) Best regards! Molly & Didy ❤️
