Our first visit today I was pleased I chose this nice homely veterinary practice. Stephen was lovely he explained everything as he went along. Lulu my little Chug was a little nervous but Stephen was very gentle and made Lulu ( and myself) relax she even ate the little treat he gave her before we left the practice obviously checked if that was OK before giving it to her. Always a first class service. Vets take time to explain things in consultation, offering several honest options. Never any pressure. Nursing staff are well trained, friendly and knowledgeable.

We went yesterday with our 9 year old Sprocker to have his yearly vaccinations and check on some concerning lumps. We saw Emily, the vet, and the whole experience for us and our dog was amazing. She was empathic, knowledgeable, calm, had great ways of keeping him calm and even better, his lumps seem ok. Thank you so much for the great service we received.
