I signed both our Cats up with Dafne Vets this January after a difficult time with another practice. Our little girl Mabel has been cared for so well. Firstly she needed to have all her teeth extracted which was worrying for us but was carried out with absolute care. She is now a different little cat. Yesterday I needed to take her back as she was very lethargic. Again she was treated with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Nikos and his team at Dafne Vets

Dafne vets have always gone above and beyond for my Doggies! They have always been professional but with so much compassion! I am so grateful to Nikos and his team for giving my beautiful Girl Lottie an extra 18months with us! The team and Yoni couldn’t do any more to support us and give Lottie the dignified, compassionate care when it was her time to cross Rainbow Bridge. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I came to Dafne Vets a couple of months ago for a referal and have never left! I couldnt have found a better veterinary hospital! They are truly kind, knowledge, take the time to explain everything, and most of all treat your pet as if it was there own in such a loving way. The first time I walked I, I was greeted so kindly, by Sara at reception, who was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. We had a truely wonderful vet Emilia who I can't thank enough! She looked at Milo referral documents on her day off. Did an altrasound, and investigated throughly, he had a small surgery, the stitches were so neat and he's healed amazingly, she is truly a gifted vet, treating Milo as if he was her own. I now never need to worry, and feel lucky to have found such a great vet and veterinary hospital. Thank you, Milo Robins and his mum ❤️

What a great place & really lovely receptionists. Initially spoke on the phone for advice whereby Jo made some enquiries & called me back within a few hours. Treatment arranged & so I was able to collect for our little Barbie. Very impressed. Thank you for your kindness & understanding.

My cat was referred to Beacon View for dental surgery. All the staff were super friendly and attentive - great communication, including pre-op call and post op check in to see how she was recovering. Surgery seems to have gone well with no complications. If I lived nearer, I would definitely register with them!

Our cat was recently registered at Beacon View and we have been very impressed by the excellent standard of service and care provided by Claire and her team. We took Dinky in for boosters and annual health check initially and Claire was so patient and kind, taking time to make Dinky feel comfortable and relaxed, the experience was entirely stress free for all. There is a designated cat waiting area and the surgery is welcoming and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

Our new little Puppy Winnie had her jabs and was very settled and calm with the lovely vet on her first visit. The vet gave us lots of advice and booked Winnie in for her next 4 week check. A very pleasant and lovely visit.

5 star treatment at Beacon View Vets. Had an emergency visit on Christmas Eve and the team there did a fantastic job of looking after the family pet dog following a seizure. They kept us fully informed during the few hours she was there, ensuring they updated us when they said they would and making sure we knew what to do if it happened again.

John and Saba were absolutely amazing with our recent tragic and unexpected loss of our cat Bella. John saw us without hesitation and spent 1hr with us 10:30pm to 11:30pm Friday night. He administered multiple medications and pain killers to make Bella more comfortable over night. We then called John and Sabba out for a home visit on Saturday morning when we had to make the devastating decision to put Bella to sleep. John and Saba dealt with Bella and us with great compassion and we can’t thank them both enough for their kindness and efforts to make Bella as comfortable as possible and to allow us to say goodbye to Bella at home rather than having to take her into the practice. We shall be forever grateful ❤️ xx

An outstanding & compassionate service. Our elderly dog needed an emergency vet & from the first phone call to the latest visit we have never felt more at ease or listened to. Due to her age we have had to see vets quite frequently & John and his team are the best you could ever hope for. You truly see the personal touch and the love for animals that chains don't offer. Even for end of life care we could not go somewhere else. The pricing structure is very reasonable and test results explained so well. I will be recommending these vets to everyone we know. A hidden gem and we are so thankful to have found them.

Harrison and the nurses have been fab looking after our cat while she was spayed. They are always so thoughtful of her feelings and experience at the vets, consequently she has no fear or minimal of being there. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and give lots of snuggles and compliments to the animals. Following her spay we’ve been offered multiple check ups included in the price and the option to send in photos of any concerns. Couldn’t ask for better help. Harrison made sure we were confident with the after care. Harrison is the vet we see every time, so he has got to know all our family pets and us, we have trust in his treatments. We would happily recommend the vets to anyone.

Lovely staff, who obviously love animals. Made my boy feel comfortable and happy during his appointment, from checking in to his consultation and treatment. We have had to visit a few times since moving to the area and everyone went above and beyond and I couldn't ask for better treatment for my over enthusiastic pup! Highly recommend. Briar house have always and continue to be amazing! Our puppy Nugget was in today for castration and we were kept up to date throughout the day. Staff are incredibly polite and didn’t mind the calls we made and when I popped my head in to check if all was ok - anxious nelly over here! Nugget came home sore and weary as expected but we know he has been in safe hands! Thanks to everyone at Briar House 💛

Amazing practice. Receptionists always greet my dog and get to know you and your pet. Always feel welcome and listened too and always calms my anxious big baby with lots of cuddles and fuss. Highly recommended have seen a few different vets here but all are amazing, friendly and have the dog’s best interest! Couldn’t thank them enough including the lovely girls on reception

Fantastic urgent care of our cat who needed a high-risk bowel operation after becoming very unwell the day before. The vet responded so quickly by completing lots of diagnostic tests and identifying her condition. The operation was performed at lunchtime after she was admitted at 11.00 am. Lovely staff very friendly. So understanding when it came to making the hard decision of letting my cat go. They have been brilliant for myself and my animal family. Hard to make appointments at times due to popular demand of their services. Very small car park so not many spaces for customers. Parking can be an issue sometimes if you can not get a space in their car park and have to find parking elsewhere.

First class! We have been coming here for nearly 5 years and would not consider going elsewhere. We always come away feeling assured and confident of the care and advice provided. All of the staff are excellent and a they do not push or suggest treatment for the sake of it. Communication is always spot on and they are always easy to get hold of by telephone or email. Took my 9 week old kitten for her first vaccinations and couldn't have had a better experience. Enrolled to the healthy pet club scheme and was given a welcome pack with a toys, treats, nutritional biscuits along with other bits. Our vet was gentle and made our kitten feel at ease. My late dad’s cat Tommy I’m caring for had a huge, sudden abscess appear on his face one weekend in April. By Monday morning, he was in sedation, ready to have it drained and treated and antibiotics prescribed. After first phone contact on the Saturday with a kind and sympathetic receptionist Gulfem, we were met by helpful reception staff in a pleasant waiting area (separate areas for cats & dogs with their own respective murals) followed by a proper chat (no rushing) with Sandra & Jamie before & after treatment. The whole team at this practice showed Tommy care & compassion throughout his ordeal (worse as he hates cat carriers, which trigger a nervous stress reaction in him making him seem hostile/untrusting when he is at heart an affectionate cat.) Micro-chipping was also carried out concurrently with his treatment. Anything I didn’t understand about costing was properly explained at reception before payment, the get well card & complimentary treats during the outgoing appointment were thoughtful, and Tommy is now hopefully on the mend. He is a senior cat at 13-14 yrs, but I’m hoping that he gets 4 or 5 more good ones to enjoy before the problems of old age set in. It is humbling to see our pets fragile & vulnerable in a strange new clinical environment, surrounded by the sights and sounds of other pets. We see them with new eyes in sickness, but also too our appreciation of them, and what their little lives contribute to our own. Damien Blackman, Ramsgate.

What a wonderful surgery. It felt very organised. I registered online yesterday and had an appointment this morning. I took my cat in and was welcomed at a well run reception with separate areas for Cats and Dogs. The receptionist talked me through the perks of joining the Pet Club and I signed up straight away (I did not receive a welcome pack, toys or treats, as mentioned by another reviewer, but I am still glad I joined). The visit with the nurse couldn't have gone better. Roxandra was very professional and thoroughly examined my kitty. She also clipped his nails and administered the 6 month worming treatment. We talked through his diet and habits and I left feeling like we were in good hands. All in all, this practice appears to be very professional and we are looking forward to being a part of the Plunkett family.

Truly, I can not recommend Plunketts enough. I've got 5 pets registered with Plunketts and am in there a lot, due to different health issues and the fact that my dog has a death wish and desire to eat anything possible. Every member of staff that we've dealt with has been incredible. The reception team are some of our absolute favourite people, they feel like friends at this point, always so friendly and understanding. We always end up laughing, even if it's a stressful appointment. Special shout out to Lauren, who has always gone above and beyond to help with stuff. The vets and nurses, particularly Hara and Flick, are really knowledgeable and patient (particularly when I cry at them 🤦🏻♀️). I'm really over attached to my dog, Dave, and the fact that I trust them hugely with him, speaks volumes. Dave also adores going to the vets, which is entirely due to the people there......and the treats! Huge thanks to the whole team. We will be back in soon, no doubt 🤣
