I love Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery (which feels much more spa than surgery) but more importantly, so does my 14 year old cat! The reception team are calm and welcoming both on the phone and in-person and the vets highly knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I've really appreciated the amount of time devoted to each consultation and the truly bespoke service offered. Such an improvement on previous clinical experiences we've had that made me dread taking her. Huge thanks.

This is the most lovely, caring veterinary practice that I have ever been to. Laura and her wonderful team looked after my pug Reggie when he visited for a dental appointment this week. During every step of the day that Reggie spent with Laura I received photos and updates reassuring me that all was okay. The level of care and professionalism was second to none. The practice has a lovely calm vibe and is very unlike any other I have been to, both pets and owners are put at ease. I cannot recommend Laura and her team enough, they couldn’t have done any better.

Kingsclere are an amazing vets and I can’t recommend them highly enough! My dog had her paw sliced on glass and they were just fantastic with her care and follow up appointments. I’m based in London but would rather venture to Kingsclere because they really are the best. You never feel like you’re being upsold on anything and I always trust their opinion on what’s best for my dog.

My dog simply loves his visits to Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery, where the staff make him feel welcome, happy and relaxed. And I’m equally happy with the care they give, the time they take to explain everything, and the quality of treatment. So far he has only needed routine checkups and vaccinations, but I feel confident that, if anything more serious arises, he will get the best possible care.

I just want to say how incredible you all are there. The service you provide is honestly exceptional in every way from the way you respond to an initial enquiry, greet us when we arrive making us feel so welcome (even when we are a little tricky!) and Laura’s care and advice was second to none today. Vet visits used to be so stressful and having found you I almost look forward to having to come! Huge thanks to you all and particularly Laura for our appointment today.
