My little pug felt very poorly in the middle of the night. We were incredibly worried and called chilworth vets. Within 15/20 mins we met Mario where he checked over my dog right away and made her feel calm and safe. They kept her over night, when we picked her up she was calm and seemed herself again! Since she is now being medicated and the staff are straight on the phone with additional support anytime we call. Brilliant, friendly staff and the clinic is spotless and the kennels are in excellent condition! Best vets in southampton!

Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!

Both Andrei and Mario were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that both my dogs and I felt comfortable. Hi this place is a heaven for animals, the staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever met considering it’s my first time going to vets, the front team are the most hospitable and welcoming, big thank you to Dan and Daisy, the team at chilworth including Andre, Mario and the others that aren’t named their work does not go unnoticed and if anyone has any pets in need of a vet rest assured chilworth Veterinary surgery is the number 1 place I’d recommend always. Our koko a Bombay kitten who broke her paw had no chances left of saving it, however chilworth veterinary surgery has done the impossible and saved kokos right paw and is now back to her playful, chaotic self. Big thank you’s and will never forget this amazing experience
