This has got to be the nicest veterinary experience I have had. All the staff are kind and caring and they did an amazing job of looking after Eddie (my Border Terrier) and me (essential when in stressful situations with your pet) A huge thank you for your excellent level of expertise and care.
Lovely friendly staff. Explained everything fully and made our visit for a CT scan a calm and positive experience. Ronald enjoyed himself and was very grateful for all the attention. Would highly recommend. Thank you all for your help and kindness.

Our 6 year old Springer Spaniel Ruby has just been discharged after a very successful total hip replacement.
From the minute we met Hannes and his team we knew we were all in good hands. Ruby could not have had better care and support. A total hip replacement is a major undertaking for pet owners, but we had our hands held all the way and never felt like we were on our own. Heartfelt thanks to the whole team!!!!!
All the staff are wonderful, we had loads of communication from before the operation to the day of the operation with updates and pictures. We even got shown the x rays so we could see what was done. The follow up appointments have been just as good and not to be made to feel bad when the dog did get a dressing off. Certainly recommend OVS and if any of my pets was to ever need an operation I wouldn't hesitate in asking for a referral. Even the dog is happy to go back each time which tells me he was well looked after.
The care and professionalism from Hannes and his team ensured that, what was a very worrying time, was handled with sensitivity and respect.
We were so relieved at the outcome and the aftercare was first class.
