We'd like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff of the clinic, for looking after our Ukrainian, white, long-haired cat Ticha. Special thanks goes to Dr. Amy Macklin and Dr. Amie Nugent. The incurable diagnosis of "kidney failure" came as a shock to us, as Ticha was a completely healthy cat whilst in Ukraine. Undoubtedly, the stress from the explosions and then - long time of unsettlement by the move to the UK, must have left an imprint on his health. Both Dr. Amy and then Dr. Amie, selected the right supportive therapy and constantly provided us with all the necessary consultations that supported Ticha's normal life. Inevitably, the disease took its toll, Ticha's condition deteriorated suddenly and he could not live to see his 14th birthday one month time. Despite our huge loss - we are very grateful to two professional doctors who gave us an extra year and 9 months of happiness with Ticha. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts! Bought my dog in unregistered and unannounced under an emergency with a piece of bone stuck in her mouth. They quickly sedated her and sorted it out. The price was really reasonable considering it was an emergency and they had to put all other patients on hold. The vet and all reception staff was so caring and helpful in a Horrible situation they couldn’t have been better and I would hesitate to return or recommend.

Without doubt the best vets in the area, by a long way. We have been coming here since 2020 when my cat needed an operation - with Claire’s excellent care she is now still in perfect health - another vet practice told me to have her put down! Moira and Kim on reception are both lovely, very kind and friendly both on coming in and leaving, and very helpful on the phone. Claire is by far the best vet we have ever visited, excellent thorough advice and explains things really clearly but also so warm and friendly. Always have fantastic service here and wouldn’t go anywhere else

The new email system for routine appointments is very efficient and we were seen the same day. I called on arrival and waited outside, lovely Clare called me back to take some information then came out to collect my dog. My dog is 16 and gets anxious, so although I understand why, I was apprehensive about leaving her, but she came out very calm, accompanied by Clare who explained her treatment plan and brought out medication. For payment I contacted them the following day. They have clearly worked hard to find a system that ensures everyone is safe. Very friendly and efficient service, and I felt they really cared for my lovely old lady. I would recommend without hesitation.

Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10

Geoff is a fantastic, knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST vet and has always given our pets the best care possible. We’ve sadly lost our dog, cat and hamster since using this veterinary practice over the years but they’ve been so caring and gentle right to the very end of our pets lives and always so reassuring. It’s hard to trust vets these days but Geoff and the rest of the team are brilliant at what they do and it’s rare to find a practice like this one. Can’t thank Geoff enough for all of the help, knowledge and care that he’s provided to us as a family over the years with our animals. We would never go anywhere else with our pets.

Very friendly staff, always welcoming and the veterinarians are amazing. Used this place for several years. They have been amazing during my dogs life. They were also very lovely when we had to put out dog to sleep. They sent a sympathy card too which was very much appreciated.

Another fantastic service from Purbrook vets. Made a call this morning as my Frankies ears were playing up and needed his cytopoint injection. Explained I didn't want him to be distressed over the weekend, they were pushed for appointments but said come in half an hour and we will see him. Can always trust Purbrook vets to take care of my boy 💙 Thank you so much 🙂

Geoff of Purbrook Vets, is nothing less than awesome. He is the most caring, thoughtful person you could ever want to care for your pet. When our cat Radar died, Geoff sent us a condolence card and a paw print from Radar too, Geoff used to call him scrapper. We are now waiting for the day, our Dog Ruby, who has known Geoff all her life, has an operation on her leg. We trust the Doc wholeheartedly, and wouldn't take our pets to any other Vet. Not only is Geoff an amazing Vet, he is a very funny bloke along with it. Geoff even stitched up my Chickens neck after Ruby attacked her, Ruby was then known as the Chook killer by the Doc. Thank you for looking after our family Geoff, you're a Star. The newest addition to our Home is Thorn (pictured), a little Barrel of Monkeys. Of course, we won't trust any other Vet with our Pets. Thorn had his first Puppy check and Jabs, as Usual, Doc was awesome with him, told us Thorn has the Smarts. We have set up the Pet Plan now too, saves a lot of Money in the long run, but no pressure, we decided to do it off our own backs. No doubt, there will be many more visits to the Doc in the in years to come. We have every confidence in his work and his advise. Thanks again Doc. Lovely people. They treated our dog for a nasty cut on his paw even though we're not local or registered with them. After care Amazing. Update:- check up for our puppy and vaccination boosters for our Husky this morning. Excellent service in and out very quickly.

Our first use of Orchard for many years; our new puppy was unwell and we brought her in for a short notice check up. From reception to vet the staff were considerate and professional. An excellent service.

Outstanding care and compassion. We had to say goodbye to our Bonnie. Not only was the upmost kindness and help given to Bonnie is was genuinely given to us too. The heartache isn't easier but knowing Bonnie knew absolutely nothing gives us enormous comfort. We know Orchard would have saved her if they could. It was thoroughly and thoughtfully explained. Orchard made it possible to bring Bonnie home for a couple of days more in comfort. Vet Nik and Vet Clare are true animal lovers.

Great vets, all are on the ball and their services are great. If they can't treat your pet they have great recommendations of specialist in the area. I particularly love the fact that the yearly nurse check up can be done in your home which is beneficial for us as we have 4 pets registered with them.

We recently had to make the heart-breaking decision to have my horse put to sleep, and the experience was more difficult than I could have ever comprehended. However, the compassion and professionalism we received from Animed Veterinary Hospital, and especially from Alex, made an unbearably painful time a little easier to navigate. Alex was beyond amazing. She was empathetic, thoughtful, and kept in constant communication, offering reassurance and support every step of the way. She went above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed without me even having to ask, and her efforts to accommodate my family and me were truly above expectations. It was clear that Alex cared deeply for my horse, as well as us as a family, during such a sensitive time. She provided an exceptional level of care, and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and understanding. Thank you, Alex, for everything

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. I highly recommend this surgery.

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

Our puppy Chase had an overnight stay at Stokewood vets and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for all the wonderful staff, especially Adrian. It is a privilege to have Chase at Stokewood. All of you did your best for him and provided high quality care and love for our Chase and I cannot thank you enough for that. These challenging times are hard for everyone but I am so appreciative for all of the staff members as it is no different for all of you doing your day to day job at the very best you can for all the pets that come your way. So thank you. I am so glad we have gone with this vets and from the bottom of my heart am so pleased with the care you gave my puppy and will forever be thankful for it. It is so surreal with everything going on but for these amazing staff members it is no different seeing as they are still working. I am so grateful their are people like all of you in these world.
