Cedar took great care of our 10yr old JRT today as he underwent a (big) lumpectomy, we have always used cedar for both our JRT's & recieved nothing but the best. Here he is in the car on way home, strapped in looking like nothing happened! Thanks Cedar! Especially Millie Hopkins!

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Only ever had one issue with a receptionist, otherwise I've never had any problems with the staff and the staff at the Chandler's Ford Surgery are brilliant, saved my little baby from dying

Friendly, professional and efficient. I took my house cat for his first check up and to restart vaccinations after covid/moving house. Prices are reasonable and Tibbles was back to himself as soon as we got home. It was probably his least traumatic trip to the vets to date. Really glad we found this surgery and we recommend them. You won’t regret it.

This is the same as most vets, however the receptionist was very chatty and helped pass the time whilst waiting and the vet I saw was knowledgeable and understanding towards my pet. My only negative would be hat you rarely see the same vet when you visit, so their is no consistency.

Really good friendly vets. I take my rabbits for their health checks and vaccinations (and neutering surgery). The vets have always seemed genuinely caring and are good with small animals. When one of my rabbits passed away, I told the surgery to update their records and I later received a really thoughtful, handwritten, bereavement card in the post to show they care. It always seems to be busy with people and there's easy parking.

I cannot thank Jeremy and the team for the fantastic support they gave my wife and I when our beloved St Bernard Mungo required emergency treatment to address a really nasty and potentially life threatening bladder issue. Informative and consultative throughout both Vaughan and latterly Jeremy were very reassuring throughout the process and took wonderful care of our gangly legged bundle of fun and confusion. I am pleased to say he left the vets after some major surgery in very good health and the operation has been a major success - this vets practice cannot be recommended enough - we have had some difficult and challenging interactions with other vet practices in the past and were very worried about getting the care we needed for our faithful hound - we need not have worried and a real sign of this was on his follow up Mungo trotted up to Jeremy, did the traditional St Bernard lean against him and looked up with a lot of thanks in his eyes. If you are looking for a vet practice go no further than this one

Midforest vets have been absolutely superb supporting us lat 7 years. The last 6 months have been really difficult, and they did everything possible to help my Sammy. Unfortunately, we have to put Sammy to sleep on 17.10.24. They provided the best care for us and Sammy. Thank you very much.

I have been at this vets practice for nine years it's always clean and everybody is always kind, pleasant and polite. Consultants, reception staff and everyone who works there.I have never had any issues here and highly recommend it. I have always been able to park as well. Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Roanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

I reluctantly had to change vets when I moved house, so reading Cedar Vets reviews along with the fact they are independent, I settled on them to care for my fur family and hoped for the best. Little did I know that within 3 weeks of registering, my beautiful black lab girl would be really poorly and require their help urgently. From the desk staff, to the nurses to the vets who had to sedate my girl to investigate a very tough intermittent problem, I couldn’t fault any of them. Communication was outstanding, they really made me feel like they cared and understood what I was going through. So reassuring. Thank you so much for confirming to me that I made the right decision moving to Cedar Vets. You were all so lovely to me and my girl, and I now have complete faith in your abilities to take the very best care of my babies should they need you in the future. And my girl is now fine, bouncing around as normal rocking a slightly weird (and cold) shaved belly. Nothing a coat can’t sort in this cold weather.

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

Wonderfully caring and compassionate team. Izzy has been twice now, once for an initial consultation with Vojciech and once for surgery with Natalie. I was was a little apprehensive as previous visits to another local vet haven’t been too positive, but I need not have worried. They were so kind and gentle with Izzy. They explained everything fully in great detail and I felt very reassured leaving her in their hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Bluebell.

We’re so incredibly pleased to have come across this Vet clinic. We had an upsetting emergency with our poorly Lab and have been asked to come in immediately, we were registered by a lovely receptionist Crystal who was very compassionate and friendly. She came out of her way to make our dog feel comfortable. Wojciech, the Vet Surgeon, has been very supportive and informative, he’s explained everything carefully to us and made sure to take a good assessment of our dog. He’s made an excellent diagnosis and treatment plan, and our dog has recovered, to our huge surprise. This was only possible thanks to Wojciech’s thorough assessment and excellent care. We cannot fault Hook Veterinary Surgery, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have pet plan and pet plan+ for our fur babies. Pet plan+ really does give you extra peace of mind knowing that you can go for a consultation and not have to pay anything for that. You also get a good discount on treatments and products with pet plan. We have had our first dog spayed and also teeth cleaned there, they give such amazing care. Our new rescue dog is booked in for teeth cleaning next week and then a spay in March, we know she will be really cared for. Highly recommended.
