Great experience at Falklands Vets yesterday. Buster Boys first visit since he was registered after moving from another vet in Newbury that has gone down hill.
The young vet that treated him was so very kind and patient with him, he is petrified of the vets, and she did such a good job. He is home now and recovering 😊 The reception team were great too. Thank you.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience, I had to take my cat Simon, for an emergency appointment as he was feeling very poorly, and I didn't have time to find any childcare, which meant taking my three young children with me, one of who is severely autistic, it was quite a struggle but the way all the staff were so lovely and helpful was just so wonderful. They really made me feel at ease and couldn't do enough for me. The vet and all of the receptionists were absolutely brilliant and I can't thank them enough for making my experience so much easier, especially as I was so worried about my cat too! Hopefully Simon will be feeling better in no time! Thank you all
I brought my dog for routine vaccines and a health check today and every person we met was helpful and friendly. Hannah really took time to make my nervous dog at ease and I feel really reassured by her examination of him. Great service!
Would like to say a big thank you to Hannah who looked after my mum last week when she had to have her last cat put to sleep. Hannah was so reassuring, kind and extremely caring.
