Staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my girl in for a day yesterday and they were all reassuring and the information provided when we collected her was super helpful.
Her cut was small and neat.
Have used this branch for 15 yrs and would never go anywhere else. The only downside is a month after my dogs spay, I got a message saying I owed them money for additional tablets they issued at the operation day, I have paid it, but it was their error as they forgot to add it to the invoice! So be aware of your bill so as not to fall fowl of their errors.
Very friendly service and always on time. The nurses and vets treat all animals the same from my rats to my kitten. It's better than the vets I last had with my cat years ago. But shame not one closer to basingstoke town centre as its quite a way to go but still worth it.
Amazing service again from all at the vets. Took my bunny in without an appointment as she had falling ill very quickly yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Really show genuine care for pets. Thank you all so much. Bunny doing much better today. .
