I recently took my 19 year old Burmese cat Sebastian to Animed Shedfield and he was seen by Jacek. Jacek was so amazing with him, really kind and genuinely caring. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and Jacek's treatment plan for Sebastian. There has already been a marked improvement in his quality of life. We recently had to make the heart-breaking decision to have my horse put to sleep, and the experience was more difficult than I could have ever comprehended. However, the compassion and professionalism we received from Animed Veterinary Hospital, and especially from Alex, made an unbearably painful time a little easier to navigate. Alex was beyond amazing. She was empathetic, thoughtful, and kept in constant communication, offering reassurance and support every step of the way. She went above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed without me even having to ask, and her efforts to accommodate my family and me were truly above expectations. Great vets, all are on the ball and their services are great. If they can't treat your pet they have great recommendations of specialist in the area. I particularly love the fact that the yearly nurse check up can be done in your home which is beneficial for us as we have 4 pets registered with them.
