Lovely people. They treated our dog for a nasty cut on his paw even though we're not local or registered with them. After care Amazing. Update:- check up for our puppy and vaccination boosters for our Husky this morning. Excellent service in and out very quickly.

Our very sincere and heartfelt thanks to Clare for her amazing kindness and compassion when we had to say goodbye to our dear little girl Nala. Clare explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully and let us have a few minutes with Nala which although heartbreaking we did need to have. So thank you Clare. Also thank you to the receptionsits who again were very kind and understanding.

Being neurodivergent, I always feel seen and heard here. My girl is always attended to in a loving manner and everyone is friendly and welcoming throughout. It is now one of my safe places and I am really grateful to them for saving my girl’s life and fabulous aftercare. Always clean and a great calming music and video playing to chill animals and humans out before visits.

A year later I get an email regarding a paw print and nose boop they had done for me while in their care... I can not even explain the emotions I had from this. She was my world! Great vet experience, booking is a long time in advance but not too much of a problem. Vets take your pet on time and deal with it very professionally. I have been using the Barn for many years and I never had a bad experience ( or my dog, who is known to be difficult )

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. We recently lost our beloved golden retriever Monty after nearly 14 years. Throughout his whole life he received fantastic care from Karina and the team, he would always go into the surgery with his head up and tail wagging. We've been customers of Stable Close for two years now and have had absolutely faultless service. I should have given an excellent review for Stable Close Vets years ago! They have given consistent outstanding care for two of our dogs. Colin saved our dog a couple of years ago and spotted that he had bloat/twisted bowel which is fatal if not treated immediately. More recently our dog had a cyst removed and the vets carried out a full check up on the dog at the same time. We have always found this family-run vet to be professional and friendly providing a very high standard of care and value for money.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Paul Ingate is an excellent vet, he has a very gentle and compassionate nature. My dog has a rare autoimmune condition which Paul has given me good advice to control, maintain her health and keep her happy and comfortable. His care is genuine.

Have been with Cathcart & Winn for many years now, and we always receive excellent service, with a warm, polite, empathetic manner. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the spaces clean and tidy. Pricing is competitive and there are great health plans on offer for a monthly fee. Our cat is nearly 15 years old now, and has been seen by C&W since he was a kitten. Over the years he's had various injuries (he's a scrapper!) and illnesses and has always received excellent treatment and kindness.

Buddy has always received the best care under your supervision, and that commitment continues to this day. On September 23rd, when Buddy suffered his accident, he received immediate basic care at your clinic. Then, on Monday morning, you promptly referred us to the Specialist Clinic in Winchester, where the diagnosis based on their examinations was devastating: a spinal fracture. In challenging times, the importance of empathy and support cannot be overstated, and I am grateful for the compassion you showed during this difficult transition. Your clinic's collaboration with specialists like the Winchester Clinic brings peace of mind. Buddy underwent a 6-hour surgery with the implantation of 8 implants, and his condition is stable. I know that post-operation, he will require further care, and I'm thankful for your part in his journey to recovery. Very efficient service starting from the initial phone call to leaving the surgery. The staff were all very friendly with a calming nature which is lovely when you yourself are anxious about your pet. I also liked the fact that we were welcomed at the door and reassured that nothing was too much trouble. I only gave four stars because the out of hours costs were quite high BUT we were given the amount at the initial phone call and like a large proportion of owners you cannot put a price on your pet

After visiting Vets now Bittern, we were directed to the Winchester Branch as they has a smaller work load. We were greeted by Milly, Lucy and Candice. They were extremely empathic and made us and our dog at ease. They promptly checked our dog's wound and did blood tests. They were very knowledgeable and we could feel that they cared. The service was excellent. I highly recommend the practice.

Cat came home with injury in evening and we used the after hours service. Very good. Thorough, full explanation, staff very pleasant, the vet was patient and carried out many tests on our cat overnight and made him comfortable with painkillers.

Excellent staff and a beautiful practice. Small enough to still care (we see the same vet every visit and the staff know us and our pets on sight) but big enough to have excellent services, such as in-house blood testing for emergencies. A large public car park just a minute's walk away makes it super convenient for appointments as well.

Excellent emergency vets. They saw our dog so quickly. The vet explained everything clearly. The cost was explained to us before we got there and after consultation due the need of emergency surgery. They contacted us after the operation and I was able to phone them later for an update. When our dog was discharged the medication and care was clearly explained.
