We'd like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff of the clinic, for looking after our Ukrainian, white, long-haired cat Ticha. Special thanks goes to Dr. Amy Macklin and Dr. Amie Nugent. The incurable diagnosis of "kidney failure" came as a shock to us, as Ticha was a completely healthy cat whilst in Ukraine. Undoubtedly, the stress from the explosions and then - long time of unsettlement by the move to the UK, must have left an imprint on his health. Both Dr. Amy and then Dr. Amie, selected the right supportive therapy and constantly provided us with all the necessary consultations that supported Ticha's normal life. Inevitably, the disease took its toll, Ticha's condition deteriorated suddenly and he could not live to see his 14th birthday one month time. Despite our huge loss - we are very grateful to two professional doctors who gave us an extra year and 9 months of happiness with Ticha. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts! This veterinary surgery is the best I have ever been to. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and did everything they could to make my dear Gizmo better. They also were very supportive, thightful and empathetic to myself, along with treating him with utmost care and respect. This is how i wish all vets were.

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. Outstanding care and compassion. We had to say goodbye to our Bonnie. Not only was the upmost kindness and help given to Bonnie is was genuinely given to us too. The heartache isn't easier but knowing Bonnie knew absolutely nothing gives us enormous comfort. We know Orchard would have saved her if they could. It was thoroughly and thoughtfully explained. Orchard made it possible to bring Bonnie home for a couple of days more in comfort. Vet Nik and Vet Clare are true animal lovers.

Our first use of Orchard for many years; our new puppy was unwell and we brought her in for a short notice check up. From reception to vet the staff were considerate and professional. An excellent service.

Our very sincere and heartfelt thanks to Clare for her amazing kindness and compassion when we had to say goodbye to our dear little girl Nala. Clare explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully and let us have a few minutes with Nala which although heartbreaking we did need to have. So thank you Clare. Also thank you to the receptionsits who again were very kind and understanding.

I phoned at 18:00 as I had come off work and my usual vets close at this time. My dog was accepted as long as I arrived in the time slot provided as they close at 19:00. The staff member who answered my call was good with my nervousness and dealt well with my queries. My dog was seen in five minutes of me arriving at the vets. Dr. Cave is very nice and cared about my dogs comfort during the appointment. He was very happy to explain what he thought was going on and how to administer the medication prescribed and what exactly the medication does. He also explained what I could do depending on how my dog’s wound heals. He was very kind and patient and made sure to talk to me and my partner during the appointment so we were both included in my pets care.

Both Ruth and Alice are amazing vets - so gentle, kind and thorough with everything they do. Great at answering any questions, follow ups and genuinley care about the animals they see. Always taken care of well by the receptionists and the nurses behind the scenes too, wouldn't take my pets anywhere else

Without doubt the best vets in the area, by a long way. We have been coming here since 2020 when my cat needed an operation - with Claire’s excellent care she is now still in perfect health - another vet practice told me to have her put down! Moira and Kim on reception are both lovely, very kind and friendly both on coming in and leaving, and very helpful on the phone. Claire is by far the best vet we have ever visited, excellent thorough advice and explains things really clearly but also so warm and friendly. Always have fantastic service here and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Bought my dog in unregistered and unannounced under an emergency with a piece of bone stuck in her mouth. They quickly sedated her and sorted it out. The price was really reasonable considering it was an emergency and they had to put all other patients on hold. The vet and all reception staff was so caring and helpful in a Horrible situation they couldn’t have been better and I would hesitate to return or recommend.

We have used Christopher Carter vets for many years with 4 different cats. Always found them to be helpful and kind, our two boys pumpkin and pickle are safe in their hands and we are glad we have them as our vets, without any hesitation I would recommend this practice and so pleased they continue to operate as Chris and sue would want.

Wanted to mention and thank Seadown Vet Shafak for being so thorough in looking after our beloved cat Munchie. After several weeks of issues with a non- healing wound to his tail Shafak managed to find the cause..a broken tooth that had caused a mouth abcess. It would appear this caused Munchie to start attacking his tail to distract from his painful mouth. It is thanks to Shafak Munchie is finally on the mend. Was referred for an emergency appointment for my little chihuahua that had a piece of wood embedded in his eye ball and unfortunately had to have surgery. Anna, the ophthalmologist was reassuring and really nice and done a great job with him. Everyone from the nurses to the receptionists were friendly and helpful. They helped with with the insurance side of it as well, which I am grateful for. Would definitely recommend them.
