Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

Cedar took great care of our 10yr old JRT today as he underwent a (big) lumpectomy, we have always used cedar for both our JRT's & recieved nothing but the best. Here he is in the car on way home, strapped in looking like nothing happened! Thanks Cedar! Especially Millie Hopkins!

My border terrier Monty slipped and injured his back and was having problems walking in his back legs. From the start everyone was fabulous, and his vet Louise was amazing, very reassuring, and professional. Monty is receiving the best care and doing really well!

We called MiNightVet because our cat was limping quite badly and we wanted him seen quickly fearing a broken bone or infection. The service was excellent, I had an appointment inside an hour, the vet was friendly and professional, the diagnosis and my options regarding treatment were explained in detail and other advice was really helpful. It is not a cheap option, no vetinary treatment is, but given this was a Saturday Evening and my cat was given medication both at the vets and to take away, I felt it was a very reasonable charge and certainly preferable to seeing my little buddy in pain for the rest of the weekend. Great service and 5 stars from me.

On Christmas morning 2024, it was evident that our little boys time to leave us had come. This out of hours vets were invaluable on that day. Although I didn’t get there in time for them to help Huckleberry, they helped me more than they’ll know. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I absolutely recommend this vets.

I knew my beautiful dog needed a helping hand to cross rainbow bridge. My angel was given first class treatment. Molly was just so genuine and caring. Nick the vet who treated Gwen was outstanding. One of the hardest nights of my life and I couldn’t have asked for more compassion. Molly and Nick went above and beyond. My other dog jumped in the car and wouldn’t come out so when we arrived at the practice, Molly brought out a lead and then picked Gwen up and carried her in. We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

We’ve been working with Shelley to get our rescue dog in the door after bad associations built up at our last vet. Today, Trixie happily let Shelley cut her rear dew claws and I am over the moon with how far she’s come after around 5 visits. The confidence clinic is an amazing service that all vets should have and the response to our little bag of nerves is in stark contrast to other vets!

I was not registered with Mildmay when my dog started having a heart attack aged 15years- my own vet in fairoak didn’t pick up their emergency number and then became engaged- I phoned Mildmay and they couldn’t have been more supportive- the nurse on the phone was so kind and reassuring and the care I received as they had to put him down was the best I have ever had- he is the 8th dog I have owned. Can’t praise this team enough and will register my next dog with them when I am ready to get one.

We have used Christopher Carter vets for many years with 4 different cats. Always found them to be helpful and kind, our two boys pumpkin and pickle are safe in their hands and we are glad we have them as our vets, without any hesitation I would recommend this practice and so pleased they continue to operate as Chris and sue would want.

Christopher Carter vets have served our various dogs for 37 years and have maintained an extensive level of care, professionalism, service and empathy in all that time. The canine care plan is a great asset too.

Fantastic Vets From reception right through to the vet they always treat you brilliantly and kindly. My only issue is its absolutely impossible to make an appointment online and rarely get back to emails. ALWAYS resolve any issues over the phone however I do have a phone phobia so do all my communications online! But the surgery itself is fantastic.

I accompanied Gerald for his half yearly health check and booster vaccinations. From walking through the door till leaving the practice the whole experience was yet again, one of pure joy for Gerald. Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

We recently lost our beloved golden retriever Monty after nearly 14 years. We've been customers of Stable Close for two years now and have had absolutely faultless service. All of the team are super friendly and professional and both of our pets have been treated promptly with care and respect. Our dog absolutely loves the team there and considers a trip to the vets a treat! Highly recommended.

After visiting Vets now Bittern, we were directed to the Winchester Branch as they has a smaller work load. We were greeted by Milly, Lucy and Candice. They were extremely empathic and made us and our dog at ease. They promptly checked our dog's wound and did blood tests. They were very knowledgeable and we could feel that they cared. The service was excellent. I highly recommend the practice.

Excellent service from start to finish. Obviously extremely expensive, but trust our dog to steal and eat grapes on a Sunday! The receptionist, vet and nurses were all lovely and treated us and our dog very kindly.

Cat came home with injury in evening and we used the after hours service. Very good. Thorough, full explanation, staff very pleasant, the vet was patient and carried out many tests on our cat overnight and made him comfortable with painkillers.

All four dogs in our household came down with Kennel Cough and with one deteriorating fast at night I rushed him to the out of hours vet. Very quick, efficient and professional service leaving me greatly reassured. Thank you.
